Review 1：That the hotel automatically charged the room to a credit card that I used while booking without providing any receipt! Due to more favourable exchange rate on another CC, I wanted to settle the bill with another one, which was not possible.

Review 3：Entrance to the further good garage was a little awkward at the side of some trash cans.

Review 5：The credit card number is printed entirely on the invoice! This is totally inappropriate! Printed invoices can end up anywhere, but for sure remain also on pc, data servers, etc...We are 2014 and every day new scandals about internet crime, hacking, etc.. appear in the press. Totally unacceptable!

Review 14：very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, quiet, great view - the river. it's in the new part of the city but very close to the old one - just across the river - walking distance!
Review 15：We never successed in the accessing the parking area in the cellar of the hotel as nobody responded to the bell/calls. Instead we used the indoor parking lot to the left of the hotel entrance without any inconvience.
Review 16：We had a large and spacious room in this hotel our way to the Coblenz area. We were offered a delightful and various breakfast buffet and the staff was kind and smiling. The old, cozy town center is be recommended for dinning. Further, on warm days the swimming pools in the backyard of the hotel (fee) are to be highlighted.
Review 17：A room for disabled people is being sold as a junior suite.I booked a non smoking junior suite, ended up with a double room with beer as a refund. The ambience in the restaurant is as poor as the menu.
