Review 1：Breakfast could have been better, now rather basic

Review 2：Great location near old town, next the shopping centers. A free parking place, even thouht outdoor was good thing.

Review 4：Excellent location. Walking distance from everywhere- close to AHAA science center, shopping centre, Aura water park , old town. Staff was friendly. Breakfast good.

Review 5：- The rooms with the view to the courtyard are a disappointment, so if you have a choice, ask for a room with a view to the city, they feel much more modern. - My bathroom ceiling started to drip once, but the people from the reception said that it's that it's too late to do something about it, so they just brought some towels for the floor. But it was rather disgusting as the water r dripped on me every time I went to the bathroom during the night or morning. - The AC (or something else) is very noisy on the 5th floor so if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem.

Review 6：+ Location is perfect and rooms with a view to the city have a modern feel as the windows are very big. + I love the paintings in the rooms (especially in the Deluxe room) + The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is good enough (although never changes) + I've stayed a couple of times already and got upgraded to the Deluxe room once for no extra cost :)

Review 7：Towels in the bathroom were rather thin. It's a shame that there wasn't a workout room and sauna. Usual international English-language news channels were not available.

Review 43：It is wrong information given by hotel, that free parking is available and no reservation required. There are not too many parking places at hotel open parking yard and usually in the evening it is full. Hotel cannot reserve any place. No free parking around the hotel.

Review 55：The noise seems to be a problem - the street noise is expectable to a point but noise from the next room was not normal. You could hear people talking and child crying all night long. When i mentioned this in the morning at the reception, the lady there said i should next time notify them so they can correct it. But we all know that they wouldn't start calling the family in the middle of the night to silence their child etc. It's just empty words from their side. And before you jump the gun at me for being an annoying customer - i also have small child, i know how it sounds when a child is having a real problem and when child is bored or ignored and just cries out of frustration - this was the latter case.

Review 56：I love the excellent location; i like that they have free parking (though there aren't too many places); i liked the view from our gigantic room windows towards the central city in the night; i liked that the rooms have proper heating and you can crank it as high as you like; i didn't try breakfast but i did like that a proper pub (meaning, not the hotel operated but independent business entity) is in the same house and you can go there for a meal or drink at any time. They also have a billiards lounge on the first floor, didn't try it, but it's a nice feature.

Review 57：I have stayed in hotel Pallas three times now and I keep coming back. The location is superb and the view is splendid. Bed was very confortable and I loved those soft pillows (two different sizes). Love this hotel!

Review 59：We booked deluxe double room because of the view. It is magnificent and best among the hotels in Tartu. Additionally, even the smallest of our wishes was fulfilled. I wanted to make this trip memorable to my wife. Before check-in I delivered flowers, candles and bottle of champagne to the reception. Hotel staff arranged everything in the room and even lit the candles even though I did not think of that. Always when we wanted we were delivered hot water in thermos to our room and believe me - this thermos was remarkable. Even after 5-6 hours our tea was still hot.
