Review 1：Room was next to service elevator and personell rooms. Employers banged the doors every time they entered or exited. The service elevator makes a loud ping, when arriving to a floor. None of this took place at nighttime though.

Review 2：It was pleasant, nothing special. Location is great of course! Lovely little balcony with a view of the inner courtyard and other peoples' rooms :)

Review 4：Staff was great and really helpful. As per our request we got a really quiet room on the upper floor and he offered even a kettle - thanks a lot for that! Nice breakfast as well. Perfect location - in the very heart of old town.

Review 5：The air conditioning, despite adjustment, didn't seem to change it's temperature much, so we had to keep it off part of the time that we spent in the room, and the lighting really didn't do our nice room any justice. One of the lamps kept make a buzzing sound and blinking, and all in all the atmosphere of this rather stylish, yet comfortable room, could've been greatly improved with lights that wouldn't be so gloomy, dim and cold. Otherwise very nice.

All in all it was quite modest andeverything was finnished at some point(beacon, eggs, cheese, evenbread!) and somethings were not added about half hour before closing. Ifyou want good breakfast this is not your hotel. We had two rooms and inboth the air conditioning was stopped after few hours. So you woke upsweting and had to go and close (there was some error message) and openthe air-conditioning again in the middle of the night.

Review 15：Two nights I woke up as drunken people were returning to the hotel and made noise in the corridor. Once it seemed they deliberately wanted to wake people up and were a bit scary.

Review 16：The location could not be better! The hotel is nicely decorated and the breakfast is very good. Room and bathroom are spacey and comfortable.

Review 17：1. The walls between the rooms are rather thin. We happened to get neighbours who loved their telly really loud. At 1 A.M. After notifying the staff though they rapidly took care of it. 2. It was impossible to turn the ventilation lower so it was very warm in our room. Couldn't open the window either, hence having a room facing the yard and away from the street noise, there was a machinery buzzing quite loud there.

Review 18：The location of this hotel is superb: on main street in the Old Town of Tartu. The staff is friendly and proffessional and the hotel is clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast.

Review 28：One has to take the room away from Rüütli street and on higher floor, since it is noisy on weekends. Estonian rednecks come to Tartu to show off at night. :) Breakfast should include lactose free milk in 4 stars hotel and the bed in our room made a bit cranky sounds on one side, should be replaced.

Review 40：The location is terrible ! The hotel is located on the busiest streetin the oldtown, that means that you can hear everything from thestreet. And Tartu is well known as a "student town" - thatmeans that there are a lot of students that like to party at night. Meand my girlfriend statyed for one night on Saturday, and there was akaraoke party on the street till 5 am. When I came down to thereceptionist at 3 am and asked her what can she do, she told me thatshe already called for the police but it didn't help and after thatoffered me earplugs. This is well known problem of the hotel, but theystill rent rooms that face the street, even though they know for surethat there is no chance that you'll have a good night sleep there.Bottom line - there is no use of staying in a hotel that is generelynice, but you just can't sleep there - we were able to fall asleeponly after 5 am.
