Review 1：Worn-out and aged room finishes. Incomplete breakfast (e.g. empty djuice bottles, missing plates).

Review 24：This is very minor -- but not unimportant. I asked where I could buy a suitcase and was directed to a downtown mall, somewhat distant from the hotel. The next day after buying the suitcase I noticed a nice suitcase store about three-four blocks away from the hotel -- i.e. much closer. I would have gladly bought the suitcase there. It appears that the old town is under-visited, shops are struggling. So, to support business in the old town, it would be good if the hotel receptionist could become a little better acquainted with the neighbourhood where the hotel is located.

Review 31：Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We arrived very late and a big effort was mafe to have the kitchen stay open longer to ensure we got something to eat. Our room had a private balcony - a real advantage in the hot weather.

The buffet breakfast, although an additional cost, was well priced and cheaper than most other hotels I researched through Germany. The hotel restaurant served lunch and dinner, however the hotel is located within a short walk of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The variety of food was fair and the quality was very good. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommed this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay without a big budget.
