Reviews for Hotel Villa Verde
Review 1:Owner is flat out rude. Italian woman is very pleasant. Called at exact check out time while we went for breakfast to tell us to check out. Breakfast was not worth a penny so we went to the bakery near by. Bed was hard. Desk is closed most of the time so if you have an issue there is nobody there. Hard to find and you can't park in front because it is a walking zone
Review 2:In the center of town.
Review 3:Where to begin... Front desk said there was underground parking, there were only 5 parking spots in a tiny, dark garage. The décor was outdated. The man at the front desk the next morning was an old unpleasant man. It was not worth the price and I would not go there again.
Review 4:The only good thing was that the front desk called us to let us know that there was a festival and how to get to the hotel.
Review 5:Towels and pilow had very bad smell. As well as sofa. It is not so clean.
Review 6:When I arrived, around 7.30pm Saturday evening, the office was closed, which was no problem as the key was left in the mailbox and I could enter the building and room. But as I was planning to leave very early in the morning I wanted to pay that evening, as on website it says checkin in possible till 10pm. I called the contact number and was treated very rude. I was told no one was there, the office was closed and I could pay from 6.45 am on. I told them I would leave before 6.30 am and i would like to pay tonight. After having to repeat my request several times someone showed up to take my payment, but very grumpy and rude. This was very disappointing and not very appropriate. In addition a small fridge and coffee maker would have been nice.
Review 7:pillow is small and thin.
Review 8:good location
