Review 1：The shower didn´t work well. When we had dinner we were waiting for 1 hour and a half for the food

Review 9：A long list of things that went wrong, starting from the arrival (very unfriendly, indifferent staff at the reception desk), no extra bed in our room for my son as agreed before (by the time it arrived I was just dosing off since I was shatterd after a days worth cycling) and finally dinner - too many thinks to mention, starting with drinks that weren't ordered, Salad that didn't contain what was mentiononed on the menue...

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Except for the shower, I agree with previous poster, My car would have been more comfortable. In no way a four star. Walking through the lobby Friday and Saturday was uncomfortable, as hotel rents facilities for functions one must walk through to get to rooms.
