Review 1：The room was a bit cold (late November), although at night the very thick blanket kept me very warm.

Review 2：Good breakfast, nice staff, beautiful riverside location.

Review 3：The room was tiny, small enough for me to consider spending an extra Eu20 and staying at the Best Western, just down the street. No lift was a negative, had to carry heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Review 4：Good location, quiet. Shower facilities were good, instant hot water (very important in winter). The breakfast was excellent, good variety and very friendly service. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 5：Great location in a quiet area, walking distance from the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Small cozy rooms. I had a good bed, but my friend's bed wasn't so good. Free and secure parking for cars.

Review 13：Not suitable for business travelers, very little staff, reception wasclosed after 20:15 , other guest after me couldn't check in becausethey could not reach him by phone. Reception is behind a door where youhave ring, to get in. No fire escape on second floor, ladder wasmissing, Parking entrance is very narrow. Still if it was kind of dodgyescape hatch to the roof. Still good sides of this hotel.

Review 15：Absolutely dispicable staff. Would definitely not recommend staying here whatsover. The management was very rude and gave no customer service at all. There is a Best Western around the corner which is far better.
