Review 3：Check out time was to early! 11 o'clock on Sundays?! The bar wasn't really great. Also the design in most parts of the hotel was a little bit out of time .... especially the both rooms

The Spa was fantastic and although it may be considered expensive! its well worth treating your self. Uve (The Masseur) delivered the best Tai massage I have had. Professional and polite as were all the staff.

Review 23：&Quot;kids hours" at the pool, very limited in the afternoon. Webook hotels with pools to tire the kids out and get them to sleep. Whenthe pool closes to kids at 5 pm, that doesn't work! (These hourswere not mentioned anywhere I could find when we booked). They said thekids could go but try to be quiet...just not good. Also, we booked, thenfound a cheaper reservation for the same room ($200 cheaper!) so wecanceled the first reservation and re-booked cheaper rate, but itdidn't take and we were charged the more expensive rate. Just alittle snafu, but a detraction all the same.

Review 26：Overall great stay here. Great service, large and varied breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool and spa area - it was very relaxing. Every room has a private balcony which we loved. We were overlooking the forest in the back and it was very private and peaceful. Location is right on the water and a couple of minute's walk into town. Would definitely stay again.
