Review 13：An oversight by a cleaning person on the last morning. Excess water left on marble steps from 3rd floor sent me skating down 4 steps, fortunately I fell on my 2 cases, no damage, reported to reception.

Review 15：we were charged for breakfast on all mornings, when we booked, breakfast was included in price. Shower door was broken and dangerous step into shower was 12inch high and made using the shower dangerous for me to use being disabled.

Review 17：Hameln is now very quiet at night with few people to be seen (Mid April!). Whole area seems to have suffered financially from the reduction in British soldiers and their families in the area.
Review 18：Excellent town centre location with private secure parking with plenty of space. Back entrance of hotel opens into the pedestrian centre of the town. Very convenient. Restaurants and bars quiet with good quick service. Very friendly town.
Review 19：One particular member of staff at reception needs to be trained in better customer relations skills - not friendly at all and couldn't be bothered helping us with internet connection problems. We stayed two nights and what seemed to be a simple problem was only seen to before the start of the second night by another member of staff who got onto the problem straight away.
