Review 1：The bartender needs to be either retrained or replaced. Very bad service, extremely slow... several times disappeared for long periods. Or hire a second bartender.

Review 3：very long walks to bedroom with no lift near-by. Bar staff not always available and slow service in restaurant. We did not have breakfast as it was too expensive. We came for the "Solheim Cup" and reception staff had very little information on it.

Review 5：an unfortunate combination of a very hot day (38°C) and lack of facilities. The AC kept failing, needing resetting every 40 minutes or so. We were given a new room twice (the hotel is large, so you have to walk a couple of minutes until you reach the reception) and eventually we were given a suit. The receptionist meant well, but we've got one in which the living area was on the 3rd floor, and the bedroom on the 4th and top floor. This meant that all the hot air went up, to the bedroom, just under the roof. We simply roasted the whole night while the AC managed to get the temperature to a sauna-like 31°C.

Review 11：WiFi is basically unusable. Gym is tiny with just a couple of cardio machines. Breakfast is 20 EUR and a salad in the bar in the evening is ~15 EUR - they completely rip you off because there is nothing else around, your only other choice is to go hungry.

Review 17：1-I did not like the unannounced 0730 AM to 2PM construction project in the adjacent room on the morning of day 2 of my stay. 2-The small one person elevator. Not convenient for guests with multiple pieces of luggage assigned to rooms on the 2nd Floor. 3-No iron and ironing board in the room.

Review 21：The group booked and payed for the whole weekend. Staff tell us that someone cheakout 2 dubbelrooms of our group, without consulting with the owner of the rooms. So Sunday we had no place to stay and had to prove it was not someone of us who cheakt out. And we had to get a new room. Single room in particular, Because double room was not available.

Review 23：- we arrived late in the evening and it took at least 10 minutes to find a receptionist - the welcome guide in the room said the bar would be open until 1am but at 11:30 everything was locked down. - there were half eaten snacks in our mini bar when we arrived and these were not removed during our 2 day stay - when I booked this hotel it was for a Holiday Inn. A few months later the hotel changed hands but Booking.com did not notify me. One of the reasons I chose the Holiday Inn was for the loyalty program. I was unable to collect points on this trip which was disappointing.

They helped with our lugage and we could keep the lugage trolley overnight. We could use the sauna and swimming pool even after check-out. The food was great, although somewhat expensive.

Review 54：Description of the room was not clearly given on the site. Room had a living room and long staircase going to Bedroom. It was completely inconvenience to have a staircase going to bedroom when I have 6 months old child in my pram. I had specified that we need arrangement of crib, that was not made. As we arrived late in hotel, reception refused to help saying that there is no person left to arrange the room. We had to manage the night without crib which is clearly unsafe for our child. Next day when we asked to change the room, they simply said the whole hotel is booked, which I find quite strange that in such big hotel, rooms are always getting freed and then occupied, They could have easily managed it. In the morning, one of the staff person came to inform that we can shift the room, they offered no help in changing the room. Crib was setup in living room and not in the bedroom. 4 people can clean the room, but they did not change toiletries, towels, glasses and cups in all three days of stay. It is clearly overpriced bad experience of the hotel I have ever got, not expected from Holiday Inn.
