Review 1：Only few people could speak English. In this high class hotel, faster wifi should be used with no charge.

Review 2：Design of the furniture in the room were so pretty as the pictures showed on there HP. Restraint showed me a beautiful view. And the taste was good. People were so kind. I'd love to stay this hotel again.

Review 3：especially service personal was unfriendly as we wanted to sit on the terrace and they needed to bring us cutlery and coffee outside they rolled their eyes. In all brochures they offer to sit outside while having breakfast, otherwise we would not have asked. Reception staff not very good informed about the area or what is happening in the hotel.Most of the staff did not even speak german,should not happen in a high quality hotel.

Review 5：when we arrived we found a baby bed for a 14 year olf boy and the room was small to put a bigger bed in it, we changed to another room with additional 30 € extra fee on top of the 180 € we paid already per night, it is not acceptable to add 2% service charge on Mastercard, which was an additional complaint by other guests. This is very unusual, finally the hotel advertises different kinds of possible payments and this influences the selection, I do not care about smallprints in contracts, this is not compliant with sound business rules

Review 6：breakfast although the space to move is narrow and some organizational changes would make it more efficient, why do the boiled eggs need to be in a basket where people wait for their specially ordered omelette, people also moved around to find the spoons which you need for several dishes, the spoons were in a location which is relatively high, in the upper part of the shelf, the glasses could be closer to the juice, finally there is no space, but the food was excellent

Review 8：The location is great! Right on the Beach Promenade. The Pool/Spa area is beautiful and induces relaxation. Food was great; a lot of variety.

Review 12：cheaper parking is a bit far from hotel, although on arrival and departure you're allowed to stop the car directly in front of the hotel for a moment.
