Review 1：Very nice, clean, stayed here for a week at SAP. Easy walk to SAP and nice grocery store, restaurant is great, convenience store across the street. Room was nice, clean and very quiet. Will stay there again.

Review 5：There was nothing to dislike, or I would change, about this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food, and I'm a food person, was excellent. If we desired food that wasn't available at the hotel, they were eager to recommend other locations. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I like feeling I'm in a special place, not just the same hotel chain located in a different country. It was conveniently located to attractions, i.e. (Heidelberg, Saint-Leon Rot golf course, and an easy drive to Strasbourg France, etc.) and walking distance to local restaurants, banks, and shopping.

Review 7：There was easy parking for our campervan (we were on our way back home following a camping trip) and we were offered an upgrade on arrival so our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and superb bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and provided us with information and a map for visiting and parking at a nearby town. Excellent food in the restaurant, both in the evening and at breakfast.

Review 43：Despite that I specifically asked for a quiet room (3weeks in advance) , I got a room facing the road. I asked for a change but I was told that this was not possible as the hotel was fully booked

Review 47：Impossible to avoid stairs. There is no way to navigate this hotel if you cannot use stairs or want to avoid them. There are stairs to the reception area from the street, about 5 or 6. Inside there is an elevator to the rooms. However if you go to breakfast on the elevator, you can access the buffet but to eat inside there are some steep stairs you must go down. If the weather is nice you can eat outside and have fewer stairs to manage but you cannot avoid stairs. There are no luggage carts and the parking lot is quite a ways from the front door. I was shocked that the hotel which doesn't seem to be too old is not more accessible to everyone.

Review 48：Good buffet breakfast, nice staff. Complimentary bottles of water or apfelschorle each day. Within walking distance, several blocks, not right next door, of the Hauptstrasse and several restaurants. Also grocery store, bus to Heidelberg are close by.

Review 54：This is the second time I have stayed here and have a third trip planned at the end of April. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are so clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is fabulous. Best of all, I always have the best night's sleep - the beds are so comfortable here - it's so quiet and relaxing too.

The 4-star rating is more than justified with excellent and tidy rooms, fee wifi service, very helpful and friendly staff, free parking and a good breakfast included in the price. The location is an ideal stopover when travelling from northern Germany, Holland or Danmark to southern Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Review 59：Room was very hot with no air conditioning (typical of most German hotels) so I did not sleep well. Also there was no iron in the room (again typical of most German hotels) or to borrow, so had to get housekeeping to do at a charge, but was done quickly.
