Review 1：We liked everything. A very enjoyable stay.

Review 3：No warm welcome in this hotel, the only people who made us feel warm and welcome, was from was a lovely night man who does only nights and does this part time work at the hotel as he is also studying at university / college .Also the lovely breakfast staff made us feel welcome always smiling. But as for the day staff/ manager/owners on the reception desk no warmth at all. Even on checking out never asked us how we liked our stay. Would not stay here again as felt we were not welcome. It's very far from town to walk into especially with any mobility issues.

Review 4：The room was comfortable in the hotel and kept nice and clean during our stay. The night staff and the breakfast staff all lovely. The only little comment at breakfast is the hot food like bacon sausages and such like does not get filled up enough. But one morning i got to have some bacon and was lovely!! Nice continental choice too.

Review 5：Hotel easy to reach from station -700m. Taxi cost euro 7. Good view and positon on the banks of the Rhein. Friendly staff. Bottled water given. 1.2 miles walk either through town or along the Rhein path from hotel to der ecke, Mosel or alter Stadt. Pleasant walk even in October. Could sit on the terrace or breakfast room of hotel and watch myriad boats go by. Staff obliging. The bathroom was large with two sinks, shower and bath.

Review 6：Everything! We felt welcome at Kleiner Riesen, and loved our room with the balcony overlooking the Rhein. The hotel was comfortable and provided every facility. Staff were delightful and the breakfast was superb. We would recommend it highly.

Review 7：This is a beautiful, little, clean, friendly hotel right on the strand. It's only about a mile up to the Deutsches Eck and Atlstadt. One can walk into old town, have dinner, walk back and sit on the terrace or in the Biergarten across the way. Excellent location. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

Review 8：Lovely spot by the Rhine and nice walks and cycle rides from hotel. Far enough from the main town but an easy walk to the old town. Lovely breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Rhine with a great selection of food.

Review 10：The staff - they all went out of their way to be helpful, despite our dreadful German. The setting - a beautiful situation right by the river. The breakfasts, which were exactly right.

Review 14：I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. So this time I booked a delux double room and was really impressed with the jacuzzi bath massage chair bed comfort and space. Having breakfast on the terrace on the banks of the rhiene was beautiful

Review 17：We were definitely put off by the doggy odor that was not very well concealed with the heavily perfumed air freshener. When we immediately mentioned it at the desk, we were told they would look into it....when we returned, more air freshener. The small terrace was dirty...empty beer can rolling around.

If I had known I would have paid more or not booked here. The car park view was no consolation for a Rhine view.

Review 26：We asked a room with one bed for two people instead of two separate bed but had to pay extra 15 euro a day. Then we got two single bed near each other that you can fall down in between! Room had plastic lookalike parket floor! Not like on the pictures. Heating was making beeping noice when you turned it higher in November. View? Not like on the pictures and even we payed extra we had the side street view! No other room was free they said! Became tired from discussion that I did not ask why there were so many rooms keys behind the office desk and parking place empty. Really pity but this place never again.

Review 28：They claim to have private parking, which to us suggested a garage, but in fact they have only 4 parking spots on the street. They should reword that in the description.

Review 29：The location, size of the room (suite). At our expressed disappointment about the lack of a private parking (we travelled with a lot of luggage on board) we were offered to put the car in the garage of the owner, who was absent. Very nice gesture!

Review 30：The charges for WIFI internet access. It was not very much, cheap really, but a pain to keep renewing the "clock" and relogging off and on. Charge an extra couple of Euros per room and include it as part of the hotel rate. Saves me and your staff time. Other than that I would go back anytime.

Review 31：We spent two evenings at this wonderful hotel in the City of Koblenz. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. We prearranged for parking which was available right at the front door. Within walking distance to really reasonably priced German food restaurants which BTW was delicious. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant the breakfast as part of the package was plentiful and delicious. They also have small bar which allowed us to sit on the raised patio and have a glass of wine and watch the boats go by on the Rhine. Great spot and good value for your money. Love the city and the Hotel. Close to everything. Great walking and jogging trails right at the hotel.

Review 32：That the staff did not tell us the cafe was available to guests at all hours via room service. Restaurants not close.The rooms were with kitchens but no equipment not even a cup.What is the point of that? The rooms above the staff entrance were very noisy from 5:50 am.
