Review 1：The price was great until we found out upon check out that there was an additional 50€ cleaning charge. Plus we booked for the spa which also costs extra for the apartment guests. The upholstered furniture was covered in stains. The two shower heads were broken so water sprayed everywhere. The door on the freezer was broken. I also wrote the hotel with my concerns and no one has had the decency in over a month to respond to my complaint

Review 3：The bed in the apartment was very uncomfortable..it needs a new madrass as well as new, softer cushions.Most annoying-no internet access in the apartment building but included in the booking confirmation.

Review 4：Location was central and convenient.The staff at the hotel reception and especially at the apartment reception was extraordinary helpful and very friendly.

Review 5：Be careful when booking - the apartments are located in a separate, less well cared for building and offer a different quality. There is no WiFi and the rooms on the top floor at least have beds uncomfortably squeezed in holes under the rafters.

Review 6：The hotel is well located only a minute from the beach and main promenade. The restaurants and bar are good and the staff helpful and friendly.

Review 7：Had booked a higher-grade room but they put us in an ordinary room without telling us. We were charged the ordinary rate but nothing was offered to compensate for not giving us what we had booked. The evening meal was low quality and expensive

Review 9：Room was really hot, no AC No hot water in the morning (although they fixed it eventually, I had to wait for an hour)! Forgot to put a crib on the room

Review 11：The saunas were a little dated, could use some renovation. The hotel needs to provide towels in the spa area, it's just not nice carrying the towels from your room downstairs. Soap should be offered there as well. I didn't love the carpeting in the room, could be my personal taste. Size of the room, too small if staying for more than a weekend.

Review 12：We had a lovely small room, which we considered a standard double room until we were told upon check out that it was actually an upgraded superior room. At the price we paid the room was great, but if we paid more I'm not quite sure I would be as happy. I must say the beds are a little hard, but I like that, so for me I didn't mind. Breakfast was good, although I would have liked more local specialties. Nice to have a pool and saunas on premises. The staff at the front desk were exceptional.
