Review 1：I expected the entire unit to be air conditioned, but the air conditioning was only in the bedroom. The kitchen/front room and bathroom were hot.

Review 18：It was very clean and inexpensive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The logistics of the hotel was very organized.

Review 19：Not walking distance to town (but ok since we cooked all our meals and brought food with us). We had to wait a really long time for breakfast which was included in the cost.

Review 20：Staff was very accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom and a loft for 5 adults and a baby which was plenty of room. They set up a charcoal grill on the beach (had the option of the garden near the pool).

Review 22：There is nothing the hotel could have done better. We were assigned a ground floor garden view appartment and could change to a 1st floot beach view without problems. We needed a 2nd sheet, it was brought within 15 minutes. Everything was so clean that we didn't use shoes all weekend. Pool and beach were well maintained. The beach was the "breakfast room" - very good idea. We had a wonderful weekend.

Review 25：The hotel's located in the very quiet place right on the beach.It's a bit far from the main stretch of restaurants but the roomshave fully equipped kitchenette so it's not a problem if you likecooking by yourself. The beach is brilliant, probably one of the best inDominican Republic. Las Terrenas is mostly occupied by French andItalian tourists so don't expect staff to speak English. The onlyexception is reception guy Andrey who can speak excellent English,Spanish and Russian.

Review 26：We liked all of it: The friendly and helpful staff, exquisite grounds, sublime and perfectly maintained beachfront, ideal and private feeling apartment layout with incredible balcony view, fantastic shower and well-equipped kitchen... dining at the restaurant on the beach a real treat, culinary and otherwise... in short a divinely peaceful retreat.

Review 27：The only real downside was the beds. They were too hard for me and I sufferd a back ache through out the stay. The mattres was not very comfortable, and needs an update, better bed linens and better pillows and would be perfect!!
