Review 1：Be aware of hidden charges like the taxes which was not included on the booking.com when I made the reservation. In fact it's an extra 28% on the price it says. Also they hold some cash of your card for the reservation and 3 days later is not returned.

Review 2：Good location, great food in restaurant and room was well equipped and very clean.

Review 3：The reservation made online didn't state whether breakfast was included or not. Didn't find out it was not included until that morning.

Review 5：This hotel has the best location in Las Terrenas. Right around the corner from the main Street and right across from the beach. The staff were amazing and made our stay so satisfying we ended up staying an extra 4 nights! Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable and there is a good selection for breakfast. This place is really great value for money. In particular we would like to thank Elena Felix Franco and titi for their hospitality and great service. Would definitely go back again.

It is located close to town for easy access on foot and right across the street from the beach. This is the second time we stayed there and we will return again.

Very friendly, helpful service from Michel and Alba. All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable. American outlets, did not need adaptor. Jug of purified water in kitchen. Great free breakfast buffet on upper level of reception building from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Warming tray of scrambled eggs and sausages. Omelets prepared while you wait. Sliced bread to toast or very good loaf bread and baguettes to slice. Ham and cheese. Fresh juices (I think they were passionfruit and papaya). Several cereals. Yogurt. Sliced fresh fruit (watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe). Coffee and tea. Some mornings: muffins or pancakes. Lovely pool. Beach just across narrow road. Many options for restaurants within easy walking distance. Active during day, peaceful at night.

We had checked in to a room and she was adamant not to give us the room that had been assigned because it was a two level suite...even though the price was the same as the room she had assigned to us. I also heard her told the staff she need it to see the clients before a room gets assigned...whatever that means. * Housekeeping was terrible! We were there for five nights and only once we returned in the afternoon to find a clean room only after I had a talk with the cleaning lady who was telling me she was going to do another quick run through.
