Review 1：No information on sights in the area in English. When I arrived the chef was the only one who spoke english and he was busy. It took me 1 day to find grocery store and waiters did not know where to rent bicycle. I had to find all my activities on my own. When I emailed hotel for more specific instructions on how to arrive after train they never responded.

Review 2：Beautiful hotel and garden. Staff and food were great. Room was super.

Review 3：The staff team did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and happy. Nothing was too much trouble. The cooking was excellent - and the family atmosphere was exceptionally hospitable. The location is very close to Putbus and the harbour of Lauterbach, which suited us well.
