The newly overtaken Pension Waldesruh is set amongst lush greenery, 1.2 miles from the centre of the historic spa town Bad Ischl. Most rooms feature a balcony, while all provide free Wi-Fi.

Review 1：No facility for tea making in the room. 1.3 km from Therm.
Review 2：Young and helpful staff. Well bright color decorated and well equipped room. Warm and full of sun light. Next door to pizzeria (realy!). Parking place within our view. 50 m from Sielbahn Anfahrt. 30 m from bus stop. Quality fresh breakfast.
Review 3：If you don't have a car it may be a bit difficult to get to the Pension from the station on the weekend (no bus, but there are taxis for 7 euro). However you could walk, it takes about 20 minutes.
Review 4：Our room was great! Very close to the gondola (across the road) for a great view of the Bad Ischl and other neighbouring towns.

Review 7：The hostess was very helpful and nice: we had an early departure, but she decided to get up earlier to provide us with breakfast, and it was really tasty :) Bad Ischl is beautiful town, so the placement of this Pension is really good too. And the driver of our taxi told us that they've got the best pizza it town! Rooms are cozy and clean (we took room for 3 guests), beds are very comfortable! Highly recommed!

Review 9：The only thing that could be better is the appearance of the bathroom. It's clean, but looks a little old.
Review 10：Our stay there was very relaxing. Especially the extremely friendly owners and the very nice decorated room made it a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the big balcony and the close proximity to the city center.
Review 11：The bed in one of the three-bed-rooms is actually a sofa with a mattress on top, which was not very comfortable. We were kindly warned by the host to that fact.

Review 14：Comfortable, nice and spacious room. Good wifi connection in room. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking in front of the hotel. Skiing area is 50 m to the hotel and the town is also very near. Quiet area, woods are near but also the town.

Review 18：A friendly family atmosphere,. with excellent restaurant adjacent, plus another very close . Excellent walk into the town of Bad Ischl ... which is likely to be better with the addition of the Emperor's 'Sisi' Gardens. Also perfect for mountain access via cable car!

Review 30：There was no hot water in the shower in the evening (it was there in the morning though) and the WiFi signal was poor in our room.
Review 31：very friendly owners, lovely room, nice furniture, comfortable bed, with nice bed sheets, very big and very good choice of dishes for breakfast. You got everything you desire on the breakfast table (various kinds of ham, sausages, cheeses, breads, fruit, yoghurts, eggs, cereals, juice, teas,milk, coffee....etc Everything you desire :) The pizzeria in the house is closed on Mondays. We thought we could eat there but the owner gave us good tips where can we go to eat so we didn't go to sleep feeling hungry :)

Review 34：On the night of our arrival, it was raining very hard... Lots of the road are damaged in the town so it takes us a long time before finding the way of the hotel. The floor of the toilet in our room feels quite sticky. And my boyfriend feels skin inch while laying in bed.

Review 36：Nobody greeted us at check in. We got a voice over the intercom. Nostaff spoke to us at breakfast. Paperwork that normally is filled outwhen you check in wasn't asked for until check out so it held us upa bit. I guess we like taking to locals and getting referrals orinformation.

Review 38：When a light in our room blown a fuse, we could not locate any of the staff to help us. We found the fuse box ourselves and fixed the problem.

Review 40：This pension is managed by young couple- Laurent and Cecilia- who arefluent in English, French, and German. They are professional and thepension is quite cozy and spacious. Very good access to Hallstatt andother countryside area of Salzkammergut.
