Review 1：We have stayed here before, and were given a room directly above our previous one which was perfect! Also liked the flexibility of the hotel e.g no check out (as we needed to leave early for the boat) and having your own code to get back on after 10pm :)
Review 2：I had booked a double room but the room was prepared for one person!!! Price for this hotel was too high and without breakfast! No reseption after 22:00. You can check in only with credit card!

Review 10：The receptionist was a bit snippy and unpleasant. The internet would only work if you gave them your cell phone number. After the receptionist turned it on, (we carried no cell phone) it only worked for 10 minutes. Then we had no internet and the receptionist left leaving no guest services.

Review 12：It was necessary to book for breakfast the previous night. Our tandem was stored in a less secure place than I would have liked. The location is near a highway off-ramp, which is good for motorists but not so good for bicycle tourists.

Review 32：We found the WiFi to be a bit of a problem. To log-in you need to enter your mobile phone number and receive an SMS with a code to enter to use the WiFi. However if your phone is international and you can't receive the SMS than you have to wait until the staffed reception hours to get a code from them. Otherwise - in the room, the telephone was found broken and disconnected and I think these kinds of small maintenance things should be taken care of by the hotel staff before guest arrival.
Review 33：The hotel was very close to the historic city center (only 10 minutes walking) and had plenty of parking with no hassle. We were able to just pull right up to the hotel and go in. If you are driving into Koblenz, this hotel is really handy for it. We arrived during hours where the staffed reception was closed but the automated check in system was easy to use.

Review 48：It is not closed to the Koblenz Main Station, but very close to Koblenz Stadtmitte Station. As most of the train started from Koblenz main station, we have to leave the hotel 20-30 minutes earlier.

Review 56：Smooth check in and no problem in leaving luggage until the rooms were ready. I needed help in getting on the internet and one phone call to the desc fixed it in no time. The rooms were tidy but the bed was only made up for one person. Other stuff was on the shelf for us to unpack. I guess this is because they use the same rooms for one or two persons. On the second day the room was made up for us both. Breakfast was fresh and the bread was good. The staff assisted in calling a cab for us that arrived promptly on time.
