Review 2：The environment of the hotel and the architecture. Restaurant service in French is also appreciated.
Review 3：Beautiful historic building, staff spoke English and were extremely generous with time (especially Alexander) and hotel very welcoming and accomodating to children. Food at the restaurant was well priced and delicious too. Loved this hotel.

Having never been to Rugen Island before we would certainly recommend it to our friends. The swimming pool was a great bonus and everything was kept spotlessly clean.

May be they should speak a betterenglish. At the restaurant there are no translation in english andthe staff speaks a poor english. We very happy about our stay andwere sad to leave.

I can notunderstand why such rooms are proposed for this range of price.Fortunately the staff kindly accepted to change for another room uponour request. The breakfast is not exceptional despite a large choice.For this nice hotel the atmosphere is not very warm and it's a pity.
