Review 1：If you leave a room with closed windows I would feel a wet smell, not very nice. At least in our room

Review 2：Good location just on a main walking street of Binz, close to the sea and to all cafes and restaraunts. Quite rooms, simple but nice design, beds a good as well. Breakfast was very good

Review 3：Bath: It was strange as it was only partially glass covered and rest were not. Had to stay in one corner and bath. Not ideal for honeymoon couples :P Internet: Internet was better than expected (reading other reviews), but needs improvement.

Review 16：Perfect location on the strip. Prettig good breakfast, nice outdoor terrace. Good bed, cable television, very clean. Other guests very nice and kind. Binz is a very nice town and has a good atmosphere with a history touch. Best tip for other people looking for an accommodation in Binz; we found it hard to chose a hotel in Binz on basis of only Bookings. We foundation out that all hotels in Binz that we recognized from Bookings looked very good and qualititive, so don't hesitate, I think you will not be dissappointed quote easily. Also: Binz is not too big, so all hotels are not far FROM eachother, despite the impression you might get on Google maps/Bookings. Even the most fat are quote near and all in the midst of everything. The strip on the right heading in the direction of Sellin is however some more quiet and rustique if you are looking for that. Recommended!

Review 17：Only approx. 15 parking spaces available to reserve at the hotel - but as mentioned earlier, complimentary parking provided approx. 1500m away. As with most German hotels, no drink making facilities.

Review 18：Great location, in the middle of the pedestrian centre of Binz. All restaurants and shops on the doorstep. We had a sea view and it was a short stroll to the well kept beach. Room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Reception staff were patient with our poor German speaking. Hotel provides free parking approx. 1500m from hotel (which would normally cost 10euros per day) Hotel gave accurate instructions to drive through pedestrian area (quite difficult as much of it is no entry), unload baggage and then drive to car park. Seemed to work okay :).

Review 19：Central is the key word, couldn't wish for a more convenient location on the Hauptstrasse, everything is within easy walking distance, including the local and regional bus services and train stations. Within minutes you are at the pier and strand/promenade, there is a bank with ATM's and a supermarket just around the corner, plus bike rental two doors away. The hotel staff will even collect you in their mini-bus from the train station on your arrival. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide range of food on offer and a huge pot of coffee. Hotel has it's own restaurant serving delicious, well priced, mainly fish dishes. As a solo traveller I was given a large double room with an en-suite shower/toilet for a single room price, spotlessly clean and well maintained hotel with all modern amenities. I really can't fault this place and all at such an affordable price, highly recommended but book early as this place fills up quickly.
