Review 6：The staff wasn't able to manage credit card payment, pretending my card not to be valid, whereas it perfectly worked once I went to the nearest ATM to withdraw money (all this at 6 am in the morning). Staff attitude was really unfriendly and unprofessional: not even asking if I was there for pleasure or business (and I was there for business) and being absolutely distrustful and impolite. Fortunately I checked out early, otherwise I would have lost my flight, due to all the problems faced. Location: too far away from the city center and the airport.

Review 8：The owners are very friendly and helpful; they also offer cheap transportation to the fairground (Messe) to the city center and the airport with their own car. The breakfast offers various and delicious food. The prices were also very good in comparison to the hotels at the city center. And the best thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the Messe (5 min. drive).
Review 9：The room was small and very dated. The wifi did not work in the room andweakly in the lobby. My room was next to the extractor from the kitchenand the staff could not fulfil my request to move room. The brekafastwas adequate, but I cannot remember being in a hotel in Germany wherethe bread rolls are not fresh on the day, but reheated. I woul certainlynot go there again.
