Review 1：There was nothing that we would kike about this hotel. Room was verydirty. Our lock did not work, always we had to go to the reception toask for help to open the room. I asked to changed the room, but theytold me that they did not have available room.. That was not true. Theyjust didnt care... The toiket was not working.. And what is more thereis a club in the hotel.. Looked like the biggest club in the town.Impossibke to sleep. We had a breakfast in the morning.. We came down. Idont know what was worst the dirty floor, empty bottles everywhere orsmell of rum.. Stuff just did not care at all!!! Breakfast disgusting!Actually it is not a hotel, it is a club and they didnt care about hotelguests. After first night we decided to leave, no explanation orapologize, no refund!! Another proof they did not care... Please do notgo there!!!

Review 3：I don't like to give poor reviews- however the photos that they posted look much nicer than the real rooms. The rooms were not clean, the bedspread was visibly dirty and the water in the bathroom did not function properly with low pressure and very cold. The doors to the bathroom and main room do not shut well and the main room door lock is not adequate for a hotel room. The lighting is dim and dismal and the room and hallways smell of mildew/mold. The television is a teeny tiny little computer monitor that is hard to hear and difficult to function. The most disturbing was hearing the restaurant/pool guests partying until dawn- if you decide to stay here get a room that does not overlook the pool. I would not recommend staying in La Romana at all as it is a very noisy, dirty, and rather unfriendly/unsafe area.

Review 5：Personal cant speak english at all. Our room was next to terrace, so we could hear every single word spoken. All evening and all night played very very loud music from bar, which was straight under our room. It was impossible to sleep there. If you want to buy cuba libre in bar, you have to pay for whole bottle of rum. The aircondition in room has produced noise like small aircraft. Doors to toilet could not have been lock becouse frame did not match the door. There were a few pictures with description and information which offerd us a trip to Saona island. We asked a staff about price and conditions but they did not know anything about it. Will never visit this hotel again.
