Review 2：Good location, perfect cleanliness, frendly and helpful staff, nice and big pool, huge garden, rich and plentiful buffet-tabe. The clearest seawater what I ever seen.

Review 5：But management failed to reach their success. Lobby and restaurant staff helped them, housemaids too. The first half of the problem was wife. Hotel lists it as publicly available on the whole territory. But it was working near the lobby only. Because was broken. So remote baby monitor was unavailable for us and we were unable to go to a restaurant in evening. I and my father are IT professionals and we found the reason. But lobby staff were constantly lying us: works for us, we didn't know, you're the only complaining, we'll check, we'll reconnect, we'll call to support, etc. in a loop. Lying in the most iterating and ridiculous way. And nothing was fixed of course for 2 weeks. The second half of the problem is the way the hotel in general and our chollete particularly are maintained. They are not. Anything is replaced only if it's completely broken. If a thing can still be used somehow it won't be fixed or replaced ever. As the result: front yard - no watering despite having a faucet; palm is ruined without maintenance; front patio had no wet clean for 2 weeks; small TV with Spanish channels only; old basic furniture; 75% of coffers had broken handles meaning no handles; old windows with broken rails and rusty nails; kitchen without amenities, even no salt, pepper or paper towels; front patio had no wet clean as well despite a faucet; back yard is ruined without watering despite another faucet; only 1 from 3 conditioners was fully functional; only 1 from 3 remotes was functional at all; only 1 from 3 ceiling fan was fully functional; etc. etc. Also breakfast menu is constant and never changed or updated. A disco for kids every day till 23:00. Terribly loud, you can't hear yourself so no food on the patio.

Review 9：The location was 5min walking distance from the beach. The food choice was good. The pool was also nice and clean. Kids liked the half-hour disco in the evenings. Staff was nice and helpful (helped us to get tickets for Port Aventura, arrange taxi, etc.)

Review 10：Breakfast was just typical British tourist kind of buffet. We mainly eat outside of the hotel. Never bothered to eat dinner there. The rooms were very clean but dated. No refrigerator which would have been nice to keep cold drinks in. Asked for ice and they gave me a bag of ice and charged my room.

Review 11：The staff was really nice. We didn't know much about the area as we went there last minute. We had a jacuzzi bath for two on our balcony with a beautiful view of the town and the sea. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was insanely big for a hotel! Wifi worked well and brand new TV in the room.

Review 12：nearest beach extremely stoney and quiet dangerous with nearest thing to sinking sand ive ever experienced with strong waves,,, but 15-20 min walk away is a lovely sandy beach,much safer calmer waves,pity we didn't knoe that at the start of holiday,,,

Review 37：Don't be dissapointed - it is not a 4* we normally mean, I'd sayit used to be some 10 years ago. And nowadays due lack of money it lookssomewhere in between 3 & 4 closer to 3. The towels were replcedevery day unlike soap/cap etc. - no replcement at all.

Review 38：For those who like it - an absolutely god-forsaken place, no noise, nopeople, no cars - the beach and the mountains only. 2 min 10 sec to thebeach. Food was good, though not of a great quantity, but of greatqulity - more of restaurant than of typical buffet. The cheapsupermarket is near. Wfi in the room. The fridge was cooling in aperfect way.

Review 40：Price to performance) was about 2 weeks with 2 small kids 6 month and 3 years. Personnel very friendly, always tried to help. some of them spoke russian. Good place, not many people, nice beach is near! I would recommend this hotel!
