Review 1：We was charged over the booking price with 100 euros without any explanation. We were charged with VAT despite the booking price was with VAT included. Also we had to pay 3% fee due to the fact we paid with a debit card and not a credit one. There were no mention about this policy on the booking reservation. We were very dissaponted about this. Additionally, the hot water has stopped during the shower two times.
Review 2：The rooms are very big, warm, well equiped. very closed to the center and the skylift. The breakfast was good with enough options.
Review 3：Beautiful location in Ruhpolding at the foot of the mountains and only a 5minute drive to town centre :) Hotel rooms are large,clean and comfortable with breath taking views of the mountains! Excellent wifi! Excellent restaurant at the hotel-delicious food and local drinks!
Review 4：Our room did not have a balcony as advertised, and a limited view. Shower was directly off the room (ie not in a separate bathroom). Dinner is quite expensive relative to other restaurants in the area. The hotel bill crept up a lot - they added a charge for an extra bed, and VAT, both of which had seemed to be included on the booking.com website. If we had realised what the total bill would be, we would have asked for a better room.

Review 10：Beautiful setting...favourite time of day was sitting on the balcony to review our day.....glass of wine and gorgeous scenery made the day perfect. Staff very accommodating to any needs we had. Meals were great! Very central location to many many sights and things to do. Golf course looked good too!
Review 11：We booked a room with a mountain view but when we arrived we were told that there are no rooms available and we were offered an alternative room in a building nearby. As the time was late we did not have time for looking for anything alternative and had to accept the offered room. Unfortunately because of the party in a bar which was located in the same building it was too noisy and not possible to slip.
Review 12：Staff not there to greet or farewell us. Only time we saw the host was in the evening to give us a form to sign for Tourist Tax and asked if we wanted breakfast. All quickly said in German. Did not have time to say I couldn't speak german. Lucky my wife can understand and speak german. Cold shower in the morning which was explained there was a techniclal problem. No apology. Very expensive Wi Fi. Small table in room could not fit the Lap top. No evidence of heating in the room, and the room was cold.
