Review 1：The staff are unfriendly. The facilities in room are poor and old. The tovels are old. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. No shompoo in bathroom.

Review 2：The restaurant staff were very friendly but seemed to struggle to keep up with the demand in the restaurant. Either they were understaffed or inexperienced? I noticed quite a few other patrons getting very frustrated with how the slow the service was.

Review 6：Extremely bad experience with checking out. Hotel and breakfast was paid upfront with credit card. However, somehow the computer didn´t show everything was paid for already and the reception lost the papers that we gave them the night before which proved everything was paid for. They came to harass us up to 3 times during breakfast because of this. Even after we politely requested to discuss this matter after breakfast, they still kept sending other people to bother us. Then at the check out, it took over an hour before they allowed us to leave. The day after, the hotel contacted us and confirmed indeed everything had been paid, but not even an apology for the way they treated us. Very unfriendly and incompetent staff!

Review 14：The room lacks normal facilities like kettle and iron. The fridge is not working as good as it should be and left the drinks warm. Cleaning staff would wake in the room without warning if you forget to put the sign on the door. The internet is poor.

Review 34：Great deal. Very clean. Great location for driving and public transportation. Very friendly. Good breakfast. People object to it being near a factory but I found it presented no problems and was pretty interesting actually. It is near one of the best hidden gems of a restaurant Jaegenlust.

Review 35：Nothing that we really disliked. The food choice in the restaurant was limited but tasty. A full length mirror in the room would be good.

Review 36：The room was very spacious and the wet room/shower room was huge with a great shower. Breakfast was really good and they provided a selection of gluten free bread on request. Don't be put off by the approach to the hotel which makes you think that you are going to be staying in the middle of an industrial estate - it is much nicer when you get into the central area. The mini bar in the room was great for keeping our own drinks in.

Review 37：Meals with enough variety were not easy to get when wanted. International travelers may eat at odd times while they adjust to the time difference and wish for more than a sandwich.

Review 41：We stayed here so that we could see the Heidelberg Castle in Flames; the location was an easy short walk to the tram downtown which the best way to get there. The hotel room was luxurious, large , clean, quiet, and wonderful! We will stay there anytime we want to visit the area!

Review 48：The spa is a bit limited, the jacuzzi is 3 Euro for 30 min, there isno swimming pool, as announced in booking.com. Also, not all the roomsare with balcony, also as announced in booking, when I reserved. Theview from the rooms is a bit 'industrial', apart of the one garden(inside) side.

Review 49：I stayed 5 days and I liked the atmosphere, the "italian" feeling of thedesign, the very good and delicious food. The hotel was very clean andcalm, there was a wonderful garden, where in a warm nights we could staylate for a drink. The fountains were which murmur gently during thenight when ready to sleep. The hotel is just less than 5 min to a tramstation going to Heidelberg center for a 20 min. It is every 10/20minafter 20h. There is also shops around working until 22h where you couldbuy food and others. In case you would like not to have the hotelbreakfast (14 euro) you could go in the center in Leimen, some 10 minwalk and have a nice coffee with a croissant or other type of cake.

Besides, second room was more expensive and the hotel staff didn't inform me (the discovery happened on payment day).
