Review 1：The food wasn't very good for my mrs who is a vegetarian and on more than one accassion she eat food that said it was vegetarian but turned out to have meat in it. The paid WiFi is awful and total waste of time of purchasing it. In this day and age a hotel that isn't that cheap should surely not charge paid all inclusive guest to use it.

Review 2：The hotel and facilities and the cleanliness and the view and location was out of this world. To wake up and see that everyday was fantastic.

Review 3：Intruder in room whilst we had dinner.The reception staff made note for security who immediately dealt with sliding door safe & locked nearby gate Queues for hot drink/coffee machine in pool bar area (alcoholic drinks v quick service).

Review 5：The layout of hotel. Our room was on floor 7. We had to get lift to floor 3 then walk to another lift and go to floor 7. Which was actually down. And not up. Very confusing.

Review 7：Our first experience in an all inclusive hotel, couldn't have been more satisfactory. The Hotel, is ideally located for the amazing sandy beaches of the Jandia peninsula at the shouthern end of the island, with one of then two minutes walk away ( we had a car and were able to explore them all ). Great facilities, impressive pool, professional and charming staff in all areas ( with a special mention to Juanmy from reception ), varied and succulent range of food in the restaurant and super clean spacious rooms with a fantastic view of the sea. All in all a fantastic place that we will no doubt highly recommend to anyone. Rafael and Marcin

Review 10：Although the hotel decor is a little dated in places we could not fault it. It was our first experience of an all-inclusive holiday and we had a great time. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food choices were vast and the theme nights most enjoyable.The in-house entertainment was varied and in the main of a high standard. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Review 11：On arrival we were given a room overlooking the car park and waste bins . Having paid extra for a room with a seaview we complained, but were given the response that "the hotel is full" as if that justified not getting what was paid for. Subsequently we were also told we "may get seaview in a few days" again this is totally unsatisfactory. Only by persisting did we get a a room with seaview, but not until second day of stay. After this initial issue we had a pleasant enough stay, but my opinion of the staff attitude is not high. Not unique to this hotel, but you will have to pay extra for WiFi in your room (7 euros/day), room safe (3 euros/day), free wifi in reception is poor. All inclusive does not include all drinks, and none after 23:00. Before booking we were told Spa access was included, but were only allowed four free visits when we checked in (10 day stay). Very focussed on German tourists and not much information available in English. only two English language TV channels, (8 in German). Decor and furnishings a bit tired and dated.

Review 12：Pleasant grounds and pools, fronting on to the beach. Decent buffet in restaurants. Good if you want a quiet location as we did, so it largely satisfied our needs in that regard.
