Review 1：- may-be somebody doesn't like the distance to the city center but for me it wasn't a problem

Review 2：- room was spacious - breakfast had many choices (may-be even too much :)) - SPA was relaxing and not overcrowded

Review 3：The atmosphere is more the one of a clinic a or a senior résidence home than the one of a sea side resort. Room equipment is almost Soviet era. Staff recently born to the free market world...

Review 5：Tv in the room was very small and the signal was also bad. The hotel didn't impress us at all, was very regular and nothing special. Overpriced!

Review 7：Sauna was closed 9am-1pm which would have been an ideal time to use it! Also, tou had to pay to use dressing gowns 3.50€ per night which is clearly a rip off in a spa hotel! And they were really old and grubby looking... Lastly, Buffet dinner costs 15€ and had bo choice whatsoever. Better off ordering from menu!!

Review 9：Breakfast is very poor: industrial style, unappetizing and unhealthy food served from huge metal containers. Not only did the free Wi-Fi not work in the room but my own regular (Estonian) mobile broadband and not even the mobile telephone worked in the room!

Review 12：Good value for money at the A la carte restaurant of the hotel. The old historical rail way station of Haapsalu (bus station today) is on walking distance.

Review 17：Located quite far from the city centre/old town. Strange smell in the room and it`s not possible to open the window (just very little and it`s not enough, when the weather is warm).

Bar closed too earlier and even with staff present in the bar and having just served drinks to others decided not to serve us and other guests. Poor attitude at times. Elements of the hotel very tired and basic and staff came across in the same manner at times. Bed's not too comfortable either. Wifi working in restricted and limited areas only.

Review 20：Room was simply "tired". The same for the beakfest...for example water instead of juice...and to have a Spa Hotel without the pool for the whole day...what kind of Spa Hotel is this? Pool was opened in the morning until 9.00....and it was raining outside. Actually quite a sad experience....

Review 52：The staff did not speak English nor "understood" any other language than Russian mainly. Also there seemed to be too few members of personnel sering the customers, which meant long queues. All treatments were fully booked and they did not present any alternatives for example in the town. The saunas were not on during morning - huge disappointment.

Review 56：The whole hotel and slowly also the spa part reeks of phrase "was,but not anymore".The "restaurant" is beyond embarrassing. Really understaffed so even in mornings with few people there was lots of food missing and just one girl running around. At evenings it is advertised as restaurant even in the central city signs, but highest calibre thing that is offered is "fries with sausages" and after 15 minutes of waiting, nobody would come to ask for your order although the place is empty bar some outside nice drinking tables.
