Review 1：I wasn't able to get the free wifi in my room so I spent a few hours in the hallway outside my room reaching for the free signal.
Review 2：It was a great value and very clean and quiet.
Review 3：Almost everything. First after we got to the hotel we were informed by the receptionist that the information that we got from booking.com is not true, what means that although we booked 2 rooms with double beds they are unavailable. Next we got the room with bed and nothing else (was completly empty), and at the end we got the old old room with very old and used furniture. TV with 3 channels (no pilot). This room was renovated probably 50 years ago (also the bathoom). I would never reccomend it.
Review 4：Location (ONLY!). It's opposite the train station what means it's quite comfortable location but if u get the room on the street side, you can feel like sleeping on the train station- it's very noisy.
Review 5：My room was very cold, so I asked for another. Unfortunately, this change was not mentioned in their system, so the next evening when I left my room for a walk in city (I left my key at reception, as requested in order not to loose the key), when I returned to my room I found out that some of my things were missing. Fortunately, the hotel staff reacted quickly, remembered that during my leave my key was accidentally given to new-arrived person. Stollen items were returned to me. But still, the impression from the stay in this hotel was ruined.

Review 7：Personal did not spoke English very well and there were problem to discuss anything with them. Hotel doesn’t had my reservation from Booking.com. So I had to pass all the information for invoice again (including the price). They asked for payment upfront. The rooms were sparsely furnished but clean. Breakfast was also very modest and cold (eggs and sausages as well). There was some strange hotel guest who between 23:00 and 1:00 in the night making a huge noise (shouting, banging on the doors), and unfortunately no one from the front desk did not discipline him. As the room are not equipped with phones, was not easy to call reception (but anyway there were not English speaking). Would be very unpleasant for ladies.

Review 9：The hotel has old furniture, it smells like dust, it's really just an old place that looks more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. Dirty carpets, heating didn't work in one of the rooms we booked. The breakfast was also minimal. Way too expensive for the experience they provide

Toilet paper ran out and had to ask for more. Heaters didn't work.When we complained we were told they come on in the middle of the night on a timer. Asked for a portable one that never materialised. Shower drain is so slow, that during an average shower it overflows.Train station across the road, well no insulation from the noise.

Review 54：Internet was absolutley poor. First you have to be in a room to even get internet access and when I did I got 2 bars, at best. Next logging into facebook to even be able use their internet is not pleasant. In order to use it I had to relog back in to facebook about 20 times a day, and throughout the night.
Review 55：The staff- are the best. Very friendly and made friends fast. The food in the restauraunt A+ - and service was fast. It was great to be back in Germany after almost 15 years. Was nice to know they accepted Mastercard which helped a great deal.
Review 56：the bed room was not make up we we entered after paying, we had to wait ten mins den the bedsheets was fresch but the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub as well, or feet got wet the heater was licking under or bed was full with water. we only spent 3 hours their, we had no breakfast.

Review 60：We were put in a very substandard room by the night desk clerk when we arrived approximately 19:00 hr. Three out of four lights were burned out making the room impossible to function in. No remote control for the TV. We couldn't even get the TV to turn on manually. The room had a bad odor too. My husband went back to discuss the rooms deficits and see if things could be remedied or perhaps another room altogether might be available. My husband was told there were no more available rooms, the clerk could fill out a maintenance request about the lights, and he'd see if he could find us a remote. Discouraged, but tired we unpacked. Later, the desk clerk knocked on our door and provided a remote for the TV, but it still didn't work. He also took us to another room which meant we had to pack up and move. The second room was actually worse than the first room. It was much smaller, equally low lighting but the worst thing was the condition of the bathroom. Moldy shower with pealing paint was totally disgusting. The draft around the windows was terrible too. While lying in bed you could see the curtains wave as the wind outside blew. We made it through the night but refused to shower. Had a talk with the day time desk clerk about leaving the place and requesting a refund. This clerk couldn't apologize enough for the rooms we were put in and assured us that they had several fully renovated rooms available if we would just stay. But we had already decided to move on to better accommodations. I've entitled this review, "Bait and Switch" because I highly suspect that when the night clerk saw in his computer that we were Booking.com customers he decided to put us in the substandard rooms and keep the newly renovated rooms for customers who would pay full price. I hope this is not what was going on but wanted your organization to know what we experienced. We have used Booking.com several times and this has been our only disappointing experience.

Review 68：THE NOISE! OMG trains all night long, people sitting at the restaurant, honking, emergency and delivery vehicles. Lots of street noise. No AC so the windows needed to be open. A bit too far from the city center. No place to securely store items. The shower stall was curtained and the plumbing in a bad spot (move arm, turn off, cold or hot).

As soon as I brought these to the attention of the staff I was immediately offered a change of room. The second room was wonderful. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in Koblenz.
