Review 1：Left early each morning before breakfast was open . night staff unable to do my final invoice .Invoice emailed had extras for mini bar (not used) and charged for breakfast each day . refused to deduct breakfast from invoice . not happy. when challenged they blamed booking .com and wouldn't refund.

Review 3：At check-in time (8 pm) the heating in our room was off and it was uncomfortably cold. The room was very clean but there was a faint smell to sewage. Cheap plastic curtain in the shower stall....come on, not for the price you pay!

Review 5：WiFi was painfully slow this time, I guess a few more guests must have quickly overloaded an inadequate system that seemed reasonable last visit.

Review 6：Great location and modern and comfortable, the air conditioning was already running in my room and as it was 38° outside this was very welcome. Second stay in quick succession and breakfast was again very nice.

Review 13：Close to museum and to lovely baths/pool. Great gluten free selection at breakfast (an absolute bonus for the coeliac), desk staff most helpful- outlined a lovely walk to pool in the late afternoon for us.

Review 14：Dogs - the hotel clearly accepts dogs in the bedrooms which for one who has pet allergies is extremely poor. People have now begun to understand food allergies, but pay no attention whatsoever to pet allergies which can have just as significant an impact on individuals.

Review 17：Excellent location near to autobahn, aviation museums - one literally 200 meters away and Hoffenheim football stadium. New hotel, very clean and excellently equipped. Breakfast selection very good. Several good restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking space.

Review 18：I realize at home, that I left my beauty case in the bathroom. I phoned the hotel, but they said it wasn't there. But I KNOW, that I left it. I' m disappointed....

Review 20：The kitchen of the hotel serves seafood dishes as you would expect at the seashore in Italy. The rooms are very comfortable and parking, wifi is free.

Review 21：The room was excellent, it was very quiet and had a really great nights sleep, and even better was the very short walk around the corner to the museum and when I asked about leaving my car in the hotel car park the receptionist gave me a discount voucher for the museum and let me leave my car. Excellent.

Review 45：Although I understand they serve a purpose, noise reduction, I still prefer hotels without carpet in the room. A carpet feels filthy no matter how new it looks.
