Review 1：They did not have my reservations. I was downgraded to a room I did not want and it was in maintenance. The air conditioning for one of the rooms was fixed the one i stayed in was not, so they brought me an old rusty fan (i have pictures).....It was thoughtful but I paid for an airconditioned room. I inmediatly sent my concern to booking and nothing. They are understaffed, so do not expect your breakfast order to be complete or on time, take your remotes from your room to give it to other rooms , same as your electricity main room card. They promised me compensation I had none. The other couple I went with said the club music during the evening kept them awake. And of course let me noy forget to mention the horrible smell during the mornings around the whole location. Apperently because of a flea market near by.

Review 2：The hotel looks beautiful and modern, quite hard to find in a hostal in Dominican Republic. Doña Julia was attentive but made promises she could not keep to keep guests calm, like promising the air conditioning would work, compensation of a free meal.I would return for a night stay.

Review 3：The staff were very friendly and attentive. Customer service was excellent . Traveled with my mom and we felt very protected. The hotel security is very good. We were very impress with the breakfast.

Review 8：The website lied. There was no free wifi in the Junior Suite I booked. I had to take a smaller room that happened to be the only room with wifi they said. My room had no desk for me to work or even a chair to sit in. Everyday I had to go ask for replenishment of soap and towels. They literally removed my towels everyday without replacing them…so I had nothing!

Review 9：I especially enjoyed the free breakfast choices and fresh juices. One particular staff member upon checkin was very polite and helpful, but I never saw her again until the final day because she did not work weekends. Overall, everyone I encountered was very friendly and I would stay here again if they resolve the lack of wifi.

Review 10：A la carte food was awful...asked for churrasco and four cheeses pasta but got a tiny piece of steak and a not even one cheese pasta. We gave it back and went to eat some place else.

Review 12：There is no service room.there's only 4 option for breakfast every morning its the same and the staff doesn't speek english .they dont know how to take care of a customer .i sincerely regret that i book 7 days in that hotel .the water in the shower its cold and really slow.the picture are cute but dont trust them .theres is no activities ,on the description they said that they have a spa .its not true omg trust me dont go there book casa de campo or dreams if you want to go to la romana i know they are way more expensive but you will be satisfied.

Review 17：The shower head was broken, could still take shower but was not comfortable did not tell staff cause we were there only 2 days.

Review 19：The first room i was offered was not cleaned . The second room I got in was very nice but the shower never worked. They did not have my reservation at the door and attempted to charge me 5 times the quoted price that i got off booking.com. Not for travelers , and not a hostel more of a hotel .

Review 20：The staff was pleasant and the food in the bar was quite good. I decided to cancel the last two nights of my stay there and they offered a voucher to stay there or use in the bar.

Review 21：Safe did not work right, kept forgetting my code. Electronic key keptmalfunctioning when placed next to my cell phone or most anything metal.Loud disco next door at 3 and 4 in the morning. Also, loud people nextdoor late at night and barking dogs on several properties next to hotel.This place is not quiet. But, of course, this is the dr and quiet ishard to find.
