Review 1：Staff was not so friendly, they gave me limited information about Nurnberg and the only information they gave (it's about a restaurant) was wrong. I stayed 8 bed dorm in the 4th floor but there was no shower nor toilet in the same floor so you have to go to 3rd or 2nd floor. There was no breakfast.

Review 2：The showers and the toilets were clean. Location is good. It's about 5 mins walk from the train station.

Review 4：A visually appealing place. Clean. I wished my home bathroom looked like theirs. Ergonomic. They had ledges, hooks, mirrors and benches at all the right places. Shiny, even. Everything looked new. Very comfortable beds (I slept in a four-person, 2-bunk dorm). The two staff members with whom I interacted weren't talkative, but nonetheless pleasant. Major Altstadt attractions are within reasonable walking distance (not next door or next street over, but the average set of feet will take you there without complaining). For sure I'd book here again. Dankeschön.

Review 8：Good position next to the Hauptbahnhof. Being on the town wall makes it easy to find and navigate. Staff were lovely and facilities good.

Review 9：Not smoker friendly (smoking in front of the hostel, while at night the area does not seem the safest), poor breakfast and always the same choices, bathroom outside of the room, issues with the key-card for the room, wiggling beds.

Check-out is at 12 which is also a really good thing. And of course the location - walking distance to the city center and main train station.

Review 15：The staff smoke on the balcony out back and if the window in the room is above all the smoke goes inside. I basically had a smoking room for 2 nights. Yuck.

Review 17：noisy people outside all night long (and i mean ALL night) saturday. the mattress wasn't flat and had a big dip. breakfast i thought was a little pricey for two rolls with meat but i had it both mornings. the small street getting to the hostel isn't that nice but you can walk on the main street and cut over.

Review 18：it's a 10-minute walk from the train station and not far from the center of things. i was able to stay in a 4-bed room -- awesome. the room and the bathroom were modern, clean and very nice. the staff was really friendly and i appreciated being able to buy a continental breakfast. i would stay here again.

Review 23：The bed I had was REALLY firm. If you prefer an extra firm mattress, this won't be a problem for you, but sadly it was for me. Also, people opening and closing doors/wardrobes made it difficult to sleep for a light sleeper.

Review 27：It was quite clean, but I had some unpleasant experiences in the toilets because of the habits of some guests. The hostel is not responsible, but with more than one toilet per floor it would have been ok.

Review 29：The lockers were smaller than I expected. I carried a large pack (like one you would use to backpack) as well as a book bag, and couldn't lock up my book bag due to lack of space. Other than that, everything was great!

Review 30：The staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is very close to all the old city touristy stuff in Nuremberg. It's also not too far from other sites like the Nazi Rally Grounds or the Palace of Justice (where the Nuremberg Trials were held).

Review 41：The hostel is very nice and cosy, the girls at the reception are always smiling and willing to help. Coffee is great - they offer a strong double espresso :) Bathrooms are clean and spacious, it's actually a good choice for a hostel.

Convenient to have cooking facilities and nice for people to hang out and meet others in the spacious dining area. Breakfast you had to pay for. For 3.10 Euro you received a large coffee, orange juice, croissant and assorted jams, honey, and Nutella. There were pricier options with sliced meats and cheese. I bought yoghurt and fruit to supplement my breakfast.

Review 50：Due to a convention in town there were limited rooms available in town so my buddy and I had trouble finding a hotel. We did find the 5 Reasons but they only had a family room for 4 available. It was at a good price and it turned out to be a great to stay. Room was big with 4 beds, a kitchenette a large bathroom with separate WC. Very clean, great staff and a good location within the walls of old town.

About the location, it is better to walk along outside of the wall if you will walk with a heavy luggage from the central station.

The staff are very kind and friendly, wifi is fast and gives a reliable signal. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms have plenty of space, air and light and breakfast is fresh, cheap and delicious. The location is also very convenient, an easy walk to the main station, a metro stop right outside, the main shopping streets an easy stroll. The location was also very charming, down a little laneway by the medieval city walls. All in all I must say this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, and has been an absolute pleasure (and I've been to Nuremberg a couple of times) I would definitely stay here again!

Review 81：Only two things we didn't like, firstly the curtains had stains on them and could have done with a wash. Secondly, there was no aircon which was an issue when it was 30 degrees.

The furniture in the room was modern and not just your basic hostel furniture. The hostel is a 10 minute walk from the main train station and a 15 minute walk to the castle which is roughly in the centre.

The hostel is very clean, you have nice showers with warm water all the time, the staff is extremely nice and the localization is perfect – near the central railway station, the main metro line (the connection to the airport) and next to the old town. The last but not least it is very cheap, even for students! The best choice for you!
