Review 1：The breakfast room is beautiful with a wonderful view. Make breakfast table seating more flexible without reserved tables for half board guests.

Review 4：We loved the wellness center and spa. They had a great buffet breakfast. We were able to keep our car in a private garage - which was great because it snowed every day.

Review 5：The hotel is very outdated and had an old smell to it. If you are a family with young children, I do not recommend this hotel. The spa area was a nice setting, but a little outdated again. We had an old man yell at us for having our son in the pool even though the hotel is child friendly. It’s a great place for adults.

Review 7：There was no data connection in our room, had to go sit at reception to connect. This would be great if we came prepared for it, coz they have a great set up at reception for relaxing. My phone worked in the mountain, and went dead in our hotel room. The food on offer for vegetarians was bad. Plz do some research and introduce decent vegetarian options.

Review 16：Would have liked a second pillow.Also - someone who spoke English enough to translate the menu at dinner. Eventually an English menu was found after a nearby guest realized our problem and came over to help translate. Some descriptive menu items are difficult to figure out in English but we loved the place and would return in a heart beat.

Review 17：The setting, the moutain view from the balcony, the atmosphere, theelegance & feel of an old time club -with young staff. It was worth theprice. (Fresh fruit in the room was delightful.) Roland played a keyboard one night and toward the end - about 8:45pm - several of us danced-in the dining room - which was fun as well. (Impromptu)

Review 18：My only minor complaint is the lack of English translations for the spafacilities and menus and the limited English language capability of thestaff. I speak reasonable German but was not able to fully understandthe full range of neither spa facilities nor the fantastic food on offerin the restaurant. For a hotel that offers an English version website itwas a little frustrating to find that the hotel was not set up tosupport English visitors. That said I will definitely visit again butnext time I will brush up on my German vocabulary.

Review 21：Gorgeous Bavarian style and traditions, this is really a little "theRoyal" hotel. Great location - on a high hillside with spectacular viewsof the mountains and valley. Rich interior, large and comfortable roomswith balcony, good free facilities for peaceful rest and recuperate (bath-robes, spa, pools, trainers, walking...), free own mineral water everyday. Good dinner menu and wine card. Bavarian beer... Indeed it's ahotel in which you want to come again...
