Review 1：The hotel seems to be completing a renovation - our room was clean and spacious with a nice terrace. It's also conveniently close to the train station and a good base to explore Interlaken.
Review 2：Message on booking sent to hotel stated I don't want my credit card to be charged in advance .... I was treated as a poor delinquent. Room carpet damaged, dirty, cigarette butts everywhere in the balcony (it may be my fault .... I arrived early and housekeeping tried to accommodate). However, Internet too slow (3 MBs) and disconnecting hourly or when iPhone went on standby (impossible to copy and paste password). It was a long long night ....

Review 4：The wifi is a nightmare you have to log in every time you return back to the room. The hospitality is very bad and the staff were unwelcoming. a bad smell was spreading through the hotel specially in the evening for the five nights I spent in the hotel and it is deeply unpleasant. The breakfast is not worth it I really do not think this hotel deserve four stars and I will not recommend it to a friend.
Review 5：The location is superb, and I would say it is the only thing that is good about this hotel. It is in the middle of the centre and near to the restaurants and shops.
Review 6：Great location, everything was newly fitted out, aircon worked a treat which was necessary given 39 degree days. Showers were great, even had a rainwater head option. The beds must have been memory foam as they were so comfortable. The location was fabulous, easy walk from the metro, supermarkets, fruit stores, pharmacy, liquor store, cheese stores and a heap of restaurants just outside. 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Not more you could ask for!

Review 9：In my opinion this lovely hotel is in the best location in Interlaken. We got a nice room with an amazing view, just like being in a postcard. The room was comfortable. Great big closet and dresser. The staff was nice. Breakfast very good. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Review 13：This is a small, intimate hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The food is excellent! It is allocated near the train station which is convenient for travelling. The room is very comfortable and makes you feel at home.

Review 24：The receptionist did not look cheerful, no porter service, WiFi was very annoying as we got disconnected once phones were charging which meant that every time we wanted to use the WiFi, we had to log back in which was very time consuming and a great bother, the rooms were small, lift was small and breakfast was simple, not that delicious.

Review 94：We had problem in water drainage in the shower tray we asked them to fix it, but they told us that they cannot do it now and they will do it on the next day; thus, we follow-up with them in the next day night (after 24 hours) the same person could not ensure if they have repaired it nor not. When we checked the same problem was exist.

The restaurant was good, if expensive, and the breakfast (included) was excellent. It was very warm during our stay (April) and sitting out on the street level front terrace, watching the world go by, was very relaxing. Small garage so if you want to park make sure you book.

Review 106：We had such an enjoyable experience at Hotel Kreb on a side trip during our vacation in Switzerland, that we took the 2.5 hour journey again to spend our last night there. The rooms are lovely as was the staff. Most enjoyable was the breakfast included with the room. The spread was amazing.
