Review 1：The family room is a bit on the small size, especially with four people in it. But for a couple of nights it was ok.

Review 2：The hotel is right next to the AHHAA Science Centre (the main thing we came to see), so the location was perfect. Tartu Kaubamaja, Tasku Shopping Centre for those who need some shopping :) In spite of the central location and the bus station right in front of it, the sleep quality is great, the beds are comfy, everything is clean and the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

Review 3：bathroom was rather small and shower made the bathroom float. Lack of toilet paper was a minor fault

Review 10：I had two trips to Tartu in one month and i was rather disappointed with my previous hotell which was more expensive and had higher ratings so i didn´t have high expectations with that one. Luckily i was pleasantly surprised. Room was cosy, quiet (although next to Coach station) and breakfast was diverse.

Review 15：Maybe it would be a good idea to add more storage facilities, cupboards, drawers and similar. The beds are too soft for our taste - but this is true for all the places we've been in in Estonia.

Review 16：Near the bus station, river and old town. Large room with sufficient space for 3 adults (or 2 adults with 2 kids in our case). Excellent breakfast. Free and fast WifFi. Refrigerator. Everything was very clean and neat.

Review 17：With great location close to the city center it is really good value for money. The rooms are furnished in a nicely modest Scandinavian style. The rooms are bright and clean. I did sleep very well there.

Review 23：Management MUST do something to motivate their staff. It was almost as if the people at the reception were not alowed to smile and have eyecontact. They were not helpful at all but prefered to chat with each other. Sauna was 16 eur\ hour:please be reasonable.

Review 24：This hotel is at wolking distance from the city center. Rooms are rather spacious and comfortable. We had a big bed (1,8m) with a real comfortable matras. It s not too noisy so we had a real good night.

Review 25：My only criticism, woyld be to recommend that the local council installs road calming measures to stop the car racers screaming their tyres around the block in the middle of the evening.

Review 36：The first room I had was really noisy because it was right by the elevator, and since the single rooms are rather small, the constant foot traffic was really loud in my room. The staff kindly moved me to a different room at the end of the hall, which was much quieter. Unfortunately, that room had really poor wifi. The signal was much stronger in the noisy room. In the quiet room, I was constantly getting disconnected and couldn't use high bandwidth programs like skype. I could check my email usually, albeit slowly.

Review 42：The bed was a bit too soft for my preference and i was missing a cupboard to hang my clothes. It had a rack for hanging clothes and it was decent, but i guess i'm used to having a cupboard/wardrobe in the room. It was a small room though, so i guess it was good that a big cupboard was not cluttering it even further.

Review 43：The room was tastefully decorated, usually the cheaper places opt for God ugly fabrics and big print wallpapers, this place had very smooth colors and relaxing decor. I liked the floor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was simple but good.

Review 46：The hotel is situated right in front of the coach station, so it's perfect for travelers who use buses, but they also had a parking lot. THe location is also great for those who've come to visit the science centre AHHAA

Review 47：they said guests can directly rent a bike from the hotel in booking.com. but when i asked the reception during my stay, they said they didn't have such a service, and failed to provide info where i can rent a bike. it varied my plan and made my trip a bit inconvenient. please update your information and make sure the descriptions here are correct.

Review 48：very good breakfast- salmon and croissants!! excellent location- it's just adjacent to the tartu bus terminal, with a big shopping mall next to it. it's my second time to stay here but unexpectedly it's even cheaper than last year.

Review 49：Room is definitely too small, even for a couple... No kittle for water boiling... Do note that the breakfast ends at the exact timing - which is 10am when we are there. They won't inform u that they are clearing - so u just have yourselves to blame if you are late or whatever :~))

Location perfect especially if you plan travelling by bus - it is just next to the coach station. Two shopping malls nearby and few minutes of walk to the City Centre / Old Town.
