Review 1：No bathtub only shower and there is no bath you are showering while standing on the floor. small swimming pool.

Review 3：Beds are too soft for my gusto. You literally sink into the top mattress. Fitness room is basic and opening hours of the swimmingpool are too limited for business people.

Review 8：It was a surprise, in a good way. The view was very impressive, and the staff was super nice. I love the setup for breakfast too. It's a big contrast with any chain hotels.

Review 9：Not what I expected from a 4 star spa. The various saunas, hammams etc. weren't working continuously but had some strange schedule hours - and didn't work even during these hours! The water in the swimming pool was a bit too cold. The jacuzzi never worked. I got no slippers in the room and, when asking at the reception, i discovered I had to pay extra for a pair. The room was OK, but definitely not the comfort expected from a 4 star hotel. 3 star, maybe, but 4 star... certainly not.

Review 11：Old bathroom, odd postioning of old fashion tv (not possible to watchit from the bed), furniture could be better (we were in the old part ofthe hotel). Fairly small swimming pool and very basic breakfast for a 4star hotel.

Review 13：On the bookung confirmation Is written WiFi available in all areas.From my room I could not get WiFi signal or the strength of the signal was so week the the connection was unstable. I informed the staff of the hotel about the problem but they couldn't do anything to solve the problem. The information on booking.com about WiFI at this hotel is not truthful or at least partially true, and it should be changed.
