Review 1：A bit far from central shopping, but very convenient to tram.

Review 2：Superb staff spent more than thirty minutes - and lent us several Michelin detailed maps - to create and help us plan a wonderful tour day along the Rhein exploring castles and villages. Room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi worked great! Excellent shower (many European ones are awkwar battles with no splash control for hand held showers. This had that, Plus, spacious shower stall with rain forest shower head. Friendly breakfast staff started mornings right!

Review 8：This Hotel is listed as a family owned hotel and boasts a high ranking in the Internet hotel sites. They describe their rooms, among other things, as having air conditioning and safe, but when I checked-in they said that the room I reserved was the “standard” room that did not include those features. I eventually got them to change me to a “superior” room, … for a 40% additional charge. So be very, very, cautious and check what your room includes when you book here. I was misled to believe that my room included features that were available only for some rooms. (This information is not explicitly indicated as they list their general facilities as: “… Safe, …, Air Conditioning, …”, these two, at least should have an * next to them.) The room I eventually got was ok (it had air conditioning and a safe and a 40% price hike). The Internet connection never worked. Connection parameters were needlessly complicated for hotel standards and their system never even got to the point of asking for them on my laptop (I was able to connect my phone but the connection was slower than alka seltzer in a milk shake). Their parking was fully booked so I used a public parking facility, a block away from the hotel. In short, avoid this hotel unless you are part of the family that owns it. I don´t see how it is possible for this hotel to be ranked so high.

Review 12：No airco in standard rooms, not even a central ventilation system, so on warm days, the rooms get very hot. Opening a window not practical because of the railway noise outside. So on hot days, get a superior room (with AC) or find some other hotel.

Review 17：The friendly welcome and all the staff encountered were also friendly and polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was very homely and the hotel was olde worlde with fresh plants in each room. The breakfast was delightful and service excellent.

Review 18：Very welcoming- we were arriving on bikes and had our luggage sent ahead- the luggage had arrived prior to us being able to notify them and they made this no problem at all. It took our worry away and let us enjoy the beautiful cycle!

Review 27：We had a very comfortable stay at the Top Hotel Krämer. Our room was wonderful. The bathroom is very modern, clean and well appointed. We arrived early, however we were able to check in. The hotel is close to the Central Station. We could walk to the old town and German Corner in approximately 20minutes.

Review 29：The location of this Hotel is superb for access to all routes and close to the train station and city centre. The staff are so welcoming and keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible, making some excellent restaurant suggestions too (Weinhaus Hubertos and Restaurant Dubrovnik). Rooms are spacious and immaculate with enormous bathrooms and good quality beds. Breakfast is a feast with an incredible choice of cheeses and meats along with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, cereal is available but rather bland in comparison to the other choices! Highly recommended hotel.

Review 47：If you arrive at the Koblenz Hbf, as I did, the hotel is a five minute walk and quite easy, even with a large suitcase. Despite its proximity to the railway, the room was very quiet and my sleep was undisturbed. Breakfast was not included but was reasonable value for money. The room had was very clean and had a separate area where I could relax.

Review 48：Avoid top floor rooms since there is no AC installed and can be very hot at summer days. And if you open the windows there is a lot of noise from nearby railways. Breakfast is a little expensive for what is offering. It is pretty basic.

Review 53：This hotel is perfectly situated a few blocks from the old town. Thoughit is a fairly small boutique hotel, it still has a few dozen rooms. Thestaff spoke English. The rate was great. There was free internet, anelevator, comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. We had the juniorsuite which is really a 1 bedroom unit with windows that opened. Thebathroom had a unique see-through, but frosted, glass door-cool. Thebreakfast was included and it was expansive and excellent. Americansshould know that European hotels do not have coffee makers usually, ashotels in the us do. But the staff was attentive and even gave me a hotpot of water. I would highly recommend this hotel. There were excellentrestaurants all within 2 blocks. Top Hotel Kramer, now part of the CityPartner network.

However, turned out i was given a free upgrade to superior double when i had booked a single. Very large bathroom with delightful bathtub was wonderful plus!

Review 97：Amazingly large rooms which are more like apartments: we had a bedroom, with the single mattress covering the (usual) crack between two single cots (heaven for a couple!), a nice bathroom with an excellent shower, a large sitting room and a beautiful huge balcony!!(only a couple of room in the hotel have balconies, though). A good size elevator is also a nice touch. The internet was fantastic!

Darker curtains or a sliding door or dark curtain across the entrance to the seating area please? Although complimentary carbonated (sparkling) water was provided in the rooms, we only drink still water and we were charged for bottles of still water even though we did not drink the free carbonated water. I think there should be a choice of still water.

Review 107：This was our favorite hotel in Germany. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with with a covered balcony and an AMAZING bathroom. It's worth a trip to Koblenz just to stay here! The breakfast was simply delicious and the staff was top notch... fulfilling even our unexpressed wishes. They spoke english and helped us with the buses and sights. This is a family owned hotel, not a big chain, and the difference was refreshing. The facilities and amenities were like a big hotel, but the service was not....one of the family members served us in the bar and chatted with us. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was superb!

We were not disturbed by people having breakfast, even though the breakfast room was right next to our room, as they kindly closed the adjoining door every morning.
