Review 1：The internet connection worked only upon arrival at the hotel, after it did not work at all. All I wanted to check my emails and it was impossible to get into the internet..

Review 4：This is a gem of a hotel. It's very clean, well decorated and excellent facilities. Upon arrival staff were most welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Excellent value as we only paid £46 per night. Good travelling facilities with buses to local town. Beautiful location.

Review 5：To far out ! The 1 and only issue was the hotel was to far out of town. Everything was a car ride away, no bars or restaurants within walking distance.

Review 10：Perfect hotel worth more money!!! The staff is very friendly and waswaiting for us when we lost (on the way to the hotel till late night forcheck-inn). The hotel is very beautiful and location is close to almostall places of "Black forest" placed at small beautifulvillage. The design of the rooms and hotel is great (as at pictures).Cannot wait to back to this hotel again, recommend this hotel if youwant comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good location!!! Review 11：The hotel staff was not present ant check in and we had to call them to open the door (the hotel is not open 24/24). We were not told that the hotel closes at night and that the key to our room could be used to open the door so we stood in front of a closed door the next night. We had to call the owner again and he was already sleeping so he was grumpy. Our room had no place to put our luggage on. The shower is very small. The wifi is very slow. The bread at breakfast was not fresh and hard.

Review 12：The beds were confortable and the surrounding is beautiful. Parking was free and right next to the hotel. The price/quality was good.

Review 15：The hotel does not have a high speed wifi service; we stayed at four different hotel in Germany, very suprizingly, none of the hotels has a good internet service!!! Even some of them they do not have any internet!!! I had felt myself like in an African or Middle East country!!!

You are in really really big problem ..no oneanswer the phone , so You will just will stay outside of your room till7:00 even may be outside the hotel.
