Review 1：Room could have been a little cleaner. Finding parking in hotel premises might be difficult on busy weekends

Review 3：We asked for a cot and they provided and set up a broken cot - I would never place my child in there. We requested for it to be removed and wasn't even offered a replacement by the staff. (The housekeeper did ask us when she came to take away the broken one.) Thankfully we brought our own, just in case. The front desk staff isn't so friendly. Small parking lot. Beds are a bit hard.

Review 4：The bar on the first floor has a great menu and great staff. (If you have a child, your monitor will most likely work!) The rooms are clean and roomy. Decent location but at least a 23 minute drive from the city without traffic. Rooms have both heat and AC - rare in Germany!

Review 5：It is a very big hotel, actually two buildings connected. I was very far from the elevator. Price was very high for the size of the room and general appearance

Review 7：We booked this hotel as only five minutes from where our daughter lives. We had a problem with the allotted room but immediately this was pointed out to reception they dealt with the request immediately.

Review 8：The WIFI is not sufficient for conferences when there are lots of people using it. That should be improved, as this hotel is explicitly offering conference facilities in it's portfolio of services.

Review 10：it's not really a problem but don't forget to put the "don't disturb" card on your door because the room cleaning staff starts to work quite early (around 08h00)

Review 11：Excellent place if you are thinking to participate to the Challenge of Roth, pretty close of the start and finish line ( 15-20 by car), the breakfast starts at 03h00 the day of the race. And you have a special ironman menu in the internal restaurant.

Review 19：It's the 3rd time we stay at Arvena, and each time there is nothing to complain about. It was always a stopover between Belgium and Austria, but it made us want to spend time in Nurnberg! We'll be back ;)

Review 20：Arvena turned a simple stopover into a good night sleep. From the checkin to the checkout the staff was very helpful. Special kudos to the restaurant team that were able to deliver a wonderful plate of rostbratwürste 5 minutes before closing time withour compromising quality or service. The room was clean, well furnished and equipped and spacious. The bedding was extremely confortable. Next time in Nürnberg, 100% Arvena!

Review 21：Wifi was not working in the rooms, but signs were put all over the hotel that they are changing operators, hence the lack of wifi. It should be ok by now.

Review 82：My job takes me all over the world. I have slept in poorly kept hotels in very remote areas but I have never slept in a bed so uncomfortable. Sorry to say that but they need to change beds if they want my money again

Review 83：I was booking another date via booking.com and cause of a bug in there system the date changed and when I send them 10 sencond later after the booking was finished a email with the note that it was a mistake of there sytem I was told I had to pay anyway for a day I was not in Germany anymore. They told me to go ask my money back from Booking.com and booking.com told me to ask them. So at the end my money was not refunded!

Review 87：Everything really, we were with one of the bands playing at the arena that night and the man at reception helped me organise getting pizza for everybody at 1am. And the bar stayed open very late especially for our group.

Review 103：The hotel is easily reached by road and metro (which is literally some 50m from the main door). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and what I expected for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with sufficient choice. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and the waiters very professional. I had no bad experience except the cleaner came in whilst I was standing naked in the bathroom - she left promptly LOL!

Review 107：We had an excellent stay at this hotel, during an exhibition in NurnbergMesse. The U-bahn being just outside the door, it was a very easy tripto the exhibition hall. The adjacent restaurant, part of the hotel wasexcellent to German standards, and the staff was extremely friendly andhelpfull. The breakfast is excellent, with an abundant choice of coldand hot snacks. I would say that this is an excellent business hotelwith an even better value for money.

Review 108：Quite far from the center, although it's really close to Messe station (one of the biggest Expto-centers) - so it's really good for exhibitors or visitors of conferences. Several services (toothpaste, bathrobe, slippers etc) are mentioned in a booklet as "we can provide you with..." - but in my opinion it would be better to provide guests with all this staff by default and not to make them to ask you. Internet is not the fastest and it's necessary to ask for another login-password if you reach a quota for the current one.
