Review 1：Very noisy. No staff during the night in the building, some guests were very loud. I haven't sleep well for 3 nights.

Review 2：Great studio with a balcony. Great location, in the middle of everything, the staff is also friendly. You have a direct access to the Therme.

Review 3：Fresh air, quite place, nice room, parking place. Arriving after 8 p.m., there' s only one reastaurant in the center of the complex where you can eat. But if you visit the restaurant the food and bier are excellent.

Review 4：We arrived late and had arranged to collect the key from the key safe. System works well, but with luggage we found it difficult to find our way round to our room as there are 2 houses in one. Brilliant underground car park with wide spaces, but for first timers not easy to find. Not to be put off though. We are going back to a smaller room last minute and will report back.

Review 5：We stayed in Appartment A with balcony in Rupertshaus. Cannot fault any aspect of the accommodation - extremely good value in beautiful surroundings. Mainly though not exclusively middle to older aged people, so peaceful. Excellent wellness facilities. Lift. Access to the Thermal baths via Bademanteluebergang (underground passage). Everything you need on site of this wellness park, though supermarket a little expensive. Staff extremely helpful.

Review 8：Sofa bed was only big enough for a child, and not a 3rd adult. Location is difficult to find-Must enter an underground parking garage shared by 4 other hotels. Facility does not have 24 hour reception-If arriving late, ensure you contact facility to get access to hotel keys.

Review 9：The spa, however, is one of the most boring (and overpriced) places we've been so far in Germany. All the thermals are about the same temperature (34-36grad), no attractions, just old guys floating and trying to have a small talk. Also, all the cafes and restaurants in the area are closing at 11:00 and reopening at 12:30 - FYI. Please be aware of an extra payment of 2.50€ per person per night for some thermals tax. So the price, along with the parking fee is becoming much higher. Checkout is at 10:00, quite early!

Review 10：Bad Griesbach is definitely worth a visit if you lost all your appreciation to life and are old and tired. It's such a god-forgotten place! Surprisingly, as a young couple, we really enjoyed this bizarre place. The hotel is quite nice - we had a very well equipped kitchen, proper shower (with strong hot stream), the TV was working, and even though we booked a room with no balcony, we got one with it. So very happy with the offering. You should better use the parking fee, because there are no cars parking upstairs - there is an entire labyrinth underneath the hotels, where you get an assigned parking place for your entire stay. It is also very convenient to go directly to the thermals without the need of going outside - there is another labirynth of corridors which guide you directly into the spa. The Bad Griesbach is surrounded by very nice woods and fields - perfect for jogging and walking.

Review 11：A little confusing to find at first Restaurants in the town close early as it is a resort area for a bit older crowd. Breakfast really isn't included

Review 43：We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, spoke English, and were very informative. The first thing that struck us when we entered the room, there is no Bed!! we could see a sofa set and a coffee table, but no bed!! We started exploring the cupboards and there it was...The bed was hiding in the closet!! It was rather unusual and unexpected! It was pretty easy to pull it out and simple to use. The rooms were neat and clean. Access to the Therme was very easy from within the hotel, the underground passage directly connected us to the "Therme". Nothing to complain. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Review 44：For 5 euros I expected a better breakfast than packaged meat of some sort and bruised fruit. Also, had a problem with the key box not being programmed with the correct PIN.

Although we arrived late, we picked up the key from the box outside the reception and had no problems of finding the room. The only problem we had is that the weather was extremely hot (which is not usually) and the room had no air conditioner. It was very difficult to sleep during the night as the windows cannot open in full. We used this hotel 1 month after our first visit, we had no problems as the weather was cooler and rainy. Apart from the air conditioner I wouldn't find any mistakes. I will definitely return back to this hotel.
