Review 1：A family with 13-year old spending New Year Eve.Very nice room towards river, good beds&breakfast.Easy going place near everything.Free parking inside.

Review 4：I like this hotel. Even don't know why - it's simple, normal hotel. But everything is clean, bright, breakfast good. Probably the best thing is that it's in a good location - overlooking the river, you get a nice view from the restaurant, and also from your room (you have to get the room with river view, otherwise you'll just looking to bus station).

The hotel is right next to the bus station, so even with bags you don't need a taxi. Love that Estonia has free wifi everywhere!

Review 28：The Dorpat Conference Hotel is located near the Tartu's river (it's called "Emajõgi") and historical city center, nearby the Tartu's bus station. Our room was comfortable, clear, with air conditioner in it. The breakfast was tasty and the stuff were friendly.

Child friendly, a very nice extra bed and cute bed linen for the little one. Very good price/quality ratio, a sensible stay if you just need a room to sleep, a filling breakfast but it doesn't offer anything that tickles the senses.

Review 39：Hostel-type hotel with long corridors. Walls in between rooms were very thin so I was part of neighbours discussions but also felt like in the middle of the kindergarden as in next room were kids in age 12-14 without parents or other caregiver. Kids were running and screaming. After giving a call to reception @00:00 nothing changed. Hotel was extremely noisy until 00:30 In the morning 8:30 cleaning lady turned on vacuum cleaner engine so sleep was over. Neither business related matters not very convinient to be awake until midnight and even more but also for leisure related matters impossible to sleep when vacuum cleaner is almost next to ears.

Review 43：With a few exceptions, the staff was unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was good, but the dinner menu was limited (especially for vegetarians) and twice, I had bad food at dinner. After that, we choose to go into town for dinner and had much better luck.

Review 55：The air conditioning did not work well so it was really hot in the room. Window can be opened but loud musing running whole night made it difficult to sleep. Also opening the window did not help much to cool down the air in the room. The procedure for paying the parking (so it gets free for the guest) is not trivial. At first we did not get the instructions, but even after we get the paper with instructions it was not straightforward to understand the payment procedure.

Review 61：There are lots of negative aspects: - extremely bad ventilation. Window was open all night long, but we were still almost suffocating. No air conditioning in the room only a fan that was impossible to use during nighttime because of the noise it made - uncomfortable shower that wets the entire bathroom floor. Fixture of shower nozzle didn't work and sprayed even more water on the floor - uncomfortable parking conditions, much of hassle to park a car or get out of the parking house - no mini bar or fridge in the room - lots of noisy drunk people staying in the hotel - cheerless receptionists who were not very helpful either. The maid was quite sloppy while making up the room, she basically only straightened the blankets and that was it - the surroundings of the hotel were also untidy, garbage can overflowing besides the front door
