Review 1：Remote from the city, the reception personnel is professional but too cold. No smile, no kindness, no welcome sphere... No coffee cooker in the room.

Review 4：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for me as I was visiting a client nearby. If I were a tourist, I would recommend a hotel closer to the city center. The restaurant in the hotel is EXCELLENT. Portions are large. Everything I tried was prepared well and was tasty. I would visit this hotel just for the restaurant.

Review 5：We have arrived at 23.00pm and there was no receptioner ,but we have got everything to get in by the entrance on computer .I loved the ideea ! we had a fantastic bufet breakfast in the morning !

Review 6：My Hamburger for dinner was so dry the egg over cooked I just could not eat the over cooked meat on the bread. I still had to pay half of the meal. This is not the way we do bussiness.

Review 9：Bar staff very rude. Reception advised restaurant on until 11 pm, did not advise after 10 pm limited menu. The food itself was very average. Bed uncomfortable only one tiny pillow each. Towels very thin and small. Not great value for money. Would not stay there again

Review 11：the elevators are annoyingly slow and sometime we had to wait 5-7 minutes for it the personnel was not very competent and could not advice us on how to get to Nurenberger Arena (the place where concerts usually take place)

Review 12：the hotel is located right next to the highway from Austria, which is very convenient the hotel is also pretty close to the S-Bahn and only 2 stops from the main train station the breakfast was from 6:30 to 11:00 and was very rich
