Appears on a room with a kitchen we got a regular room and when we asked, therefore, a basic kitchen so she asked for more money. Very not nice lady and trying to cheat the extra expense taxs, we did not pay any more and more taxes in ather hotels or zemer .Uncomfortable beds and high price compensation

Review 5：No elevator to take luggage upstairs to room, not too close (though not too far with car) to tourist locations.

Review 6：Great views and price and would be a great place to go for winter sports. As well a the konus plus travel card included in the fees helped to get through the black forest (schwarzwald)

Review 7：The owners smoke and the smell tended to permeate whole building, we stayed for a week and the apartment wasn't serviced even once; no towel or bedding change, bins not emptied, we had to empty them ourselves.

Review 8：Excellent value for money, kid's play area outside with swings, slide etc, indoor toddler play room with loads of toys, the view from our balcony, high chair made available for us to keep in apartment.
