Review 1：The receptionist at arrival was not very friendly and we felt more in the way than welcomed when we arrived.

Review 2：The location, the surroundings, the breakfast and a very friendly headwaiter, who let us have a sandwich even though the kitchen was closed.

Review 3：Found some cigarette ashes in the room when we checked in and the room was quite warm and stuffy (but to be fair the weather was also warm). Our room also did not have a kettle with tea bags and so we had to pay for tea.

Review 4：Breakfast was OUTSTANDING and Hotel the staff were super nice. Great location. Family room was adequate for 4 people...a little small but truly a great value for money. The pool was GREAT and open late and that's fantastic when you have kids. We would easily stay here again.

Review 10：So much construction was going, and participants in courses gathered in the reception area during breaks. It seemed very crowded. There was a variety of items at breakfast. However, they were not replenished quickly enough to fulfill the demand, and the coffee was weak and only lukewarm. The room was very cold. With the heat at its highest setting, it was necessary to use a thick blanket on top of the comforter to feel comfortable.
