Review 1：Being in the middle of a central plaza it does get noisy at nighttime, however the balcony doors are double glazed and this blocks out most of the sound. Our bedroom did not face the plaza so there was no noise there. Also it's a minor complaint but I would have more places to hang towels and bathers.
Review 2：Lovely boutique apartment in a charming plaza in the heart of Llanes. The apartment is well located and easy to find with access to shops and great restaurants at your doorstep. The apartment was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated.
Review 3：There was free wifi, but it was not very consistent. It worked best in one room.
Review 4：Overall, really liked the apartment. It was very centrally located. Facilities were modern, it was clean (cleaners came every day). The manager was very helpful. Everything about it was pleasant.
Review 5：The apartment is beautiful but needs ventilation. Upstairs way too warm. Fans would help. And smoke from the foyer comes into the upstairs rooms. Ugh. We all had to camp out on the couch and floor downstairs to be able to sleep.

Review 7：The wifi was useless. Couldn't get it to stay connected even when standing directly beneath it in the hallway. This could easily be sorted out and I am surprised it hasn't.
Review 8：The apartment was very clean and was well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful and free parking is available. The restaurant downstairs (owned by the same person as the apartments) is very good too.
Review 9：Have to phone host and wait for his arrival (15 mins ) . No kettle ( should get used to it in Spain ). A coffee machine but no coffee so for one night guests no use .The bathroom was so tiny an obese person couldn't use it . The shower was about 60cm square .Once again a lounge to sit on but no small table on which to put a drink .

Review 25：Right in the Plaza Mayor you couldn't get more central. Getting the keys was a bit of a problem with my limited Spanish and their limited English but we managed and we were taking to a parking space behind the apartments. Nice modern apartments with a view of the mountains from our apartment but some did look onto the Plaza Mayor which could be a problem in high season but it was fairly quiet in early June.
Review 26：We had a one bed flat No natural light into the bedroom, very small and stuffy, cheap small beds and bedding. Walls are paper thin and if anyone else is moving in the building you feel as if they are in your flat. No kettle, no washer. After 2 sleepless nights we cut our losses and left. Very poor communication from the owners on directions and waited for ages to be met when we initially arrived. Everything was thin and cheap. Very poor. To be well avoided

Review 34：We stayed in July and every night there was a big party in the square till 4 or 5 in the morning. The appartment is advertised as 'soundproof', but this is not true!
Review 35：The appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains while the front door is in the middle of the village. Best of both worlds.
Review 36：The duplex apartment slept 5 but there was only 'comfy' seating for 2. It was also very hot and because of the outside noise you could not keep the windows open at night. The central location was great for nightlife but not good for sleeping. We stayed over a weekend and on the Saturday night loud music and noise from the street went on until 6am! You could also hear noise from the neighbouring apartment ie the toilet flushing, shower being used and creaking floors.
Review 37：Apartments were clean and modern. Owner was efficient and helpful when we booked in, he ensured we knew where everything was. He even went with my husband to collect our car and brought him back to the free parking next to the apartments. Central location with shops and bars on the doorstep and only a 5 minute walk to the town beach.
Review 38：It was a bit noisy in the town the first night with a band playing LOUD until 4 in the morning and only a few watching them. Still that was a special festivity the second night was much quieter.

Review 40：The choice between closed windows and a hot appartment or open windows and the noice inferno from the street leaves you with an option for no more than 3 hours sleep during the night.

Review 42：The location was great. A beautiful view. Spacious, comfortable and modern. Very helpful owner, and had its own car space. Two bathrooms is a bonus for two couples.
Review 43：Very well finished rooms (little touches that suggested the owners pay attention to detail). Plenty of room - we stayed in one of the studios. Javier was very helpful, arranging to meet us at short notice. Car park was very close by too.

Very modern spacious studio overlooking the Plaza Mayor as requested. Well equipped. Easy access to the Picos and all the local beaches. Free car parking at the back. Very satisfied.

Review 47：These apartments are centrally located, the owner Pepe was there to meet us when we arrived and he helped us reach the parking behind. The apartments were very recently renovated and comfortable. We enjoyed our two night stay in Llanes, especially the walks along the coast.
