Review 1：Reception: a man Who doesn't talk a word in English! He asked us To Pay in front of The door of Apartment at our arrival!!! Swimming pool: freezy! !!! No tennis table. ...

Review 3：Fantastic place to spend a summer holiday with your kids. Nice indoor pool close to the outside playground and smaller football field. Outstanding view of the valley and mountains. Perfect location for tours around Salzburg.

Review 6：The owner (lady) is really friendly and helpful but the guy is quite rude. There was a situation when we accidently turn the smoke alarm during cooking. The alarm was broken because we cannot turn it off with the button so we called the owner (as we do not want to do anything ourselfs). The guy finally came (only a few steps from where they were) and put off the battery from alarm. During this he was quite rude and made us remember that he is not happy helping us (even it was only situation during our stay bacause we were spending whole days sightseeing). Without that situation we would gave this place a maximum note.

Review 7：Location is great if you plan to see places around like famous caves, Grosglockner alpine road, Halstadt or even Kings Lake in Germany near Salzburg. Near highway but you wont hear it at all. Comfortable and clean apartment - also well equipped. Nice view and easy to find.

Review 9：Only spent couple of days in App Karl, which is huge. We were two families, 9 people all together and had plenty of space. Close to the ski slopes of Eben (smaller place) as well as all other ski areas within Amade. Flachau, Zauchensee... Possibility to ski back to the appt from Eben / Monte Popolo :)

Review 10：We have a rent car, and it is easy to reach from appatment mountain lifts and natural places in Salsburgland area such as gorges and Krimml falls and city Salsburg. Appatment Helmut was very comfort and big area. Kitchen was very good equiped including dishwasher, excluding washing machine.

Review 12：My family (Us, 6 and 1 years old children) have occupied apartments with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and 2 bathrooms. We stay there for a week. Apartments were exceptionally clean, simple but nice looking and very useful furnishing with plenty storage for clothing. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one can want. Cleaning materials including tablets for dishwashers are at place. on other hand for some reason there were nothing in a bathroom, even a simple soap was missing. All equipment was fixed and operational. Laundry machine and a dryer was within the building, cleaning materials are available. There is playground, pony/horse riding 2 days a week, ping-pong and several balls for free are also available. Location is very quite, town with the stores, banks, cafes and other relevant facilities is within 2 minutes by car. There are plenty attractions for at least 1 week stay with children around this place so no need to drive much. We hadn't too much interaction with the staff, but Katie probably the owner was very friendly and helpful in everything regarding attractions in this area. Bottom line - we enjoyed a lot and definitely recommend this place for other families. PS: There is a railway about 500m from the place, we never hear anything from there.

Review 13：The fact that the sheets were not clean in one of the rooms. The wet towels were not taken from apartment although thery were replaced in no time .

Review 32：We were a family of 7 staying in one of the apartments (3 bedroom). It was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. There were two bathrooms with showers and toilets, and one half bath- so that was never a problem. These were the most comfortable beds of our vacation. The apartment was roomy enough for all 7 of us, and we never felt like we were crowded. We only stayed 2 nights, but didn't want to leave. It is a few minutes off the highway, and we used it as our base for the Berchtesgaden area. Karin let my kids ride the horses, there were bunnies to pet and an indoor swimming pool, and playground outside as well. There is a little grocery store in town (Spar?), and a good restaurant called Steiner's. We didn't use the kitchen, AC or heat- so I really can't comment on those. However- we travelled in June and neither AC or heat was needed. Value for money was excellent, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Review 33：Unfortunatelly, not all the stuff can speak English. But it is not really a big deal. When we were there, it was no snow around the building but it is on the top of a steep road. It could be tricky to get up the street when its snowy and icy.

Review 34：It was really a very nice apartment. It was above the standards for the price! Big and cozy living room with a kitchnette (even the dishwasher was included), clean and nice bathroom and fine bedroom. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Review 40：Eben is right next to the a10 highway, making it easy to reach any placein Salzburg area in less than an hour of driving. The zimmer is with anamazing view of the town and the surrounding area. The staff is reallynice and answered every question and request. The zimmer is very nicewith modern furniture and fully equipped kitchen. There's plenty ofroom for kids and privacy to parents. The farm has many activities forkids and never bored. We stayed there 9 nights and it was great. Thereis supermarket, bakeries, pubs and more in this village. We willdefinitely go back there and it probably be the next year.
