Review 1：Week wifi, dark rooms because of traditional small windows.

Review 2：Room is big, Bavarian style. Hotel is centrally located within a walking distance to anywhere in town. Helpful staff, printed my boarding pass, helped with the baggage.

Review 7：Lovely building with pretty 'Luftmalerei' murals in great location in the centre of Oberammergau. Nice comfortable room with a fan which was very welcome. Good choice at breakfast. Oberammergau has lots of beautifully decorated traditional buildings and is a tourist hub with lots of good shops. Very pretty area.

Review 10：We expected the rooms to be very old as the hotel was established a very long time ago, but they were very new! Surely they have refurbished some years ago. The bathrooms are very large. The hotel is in the centre of town and is within easy walking distance to shops surrounding. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We were really impressed by the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The facilities had been upgraded with all modern amenities but preserved the traditional Bavarian feel. Great location in the center of Oberammergau near restaurants. Awesome breakfast, best I've had in Germany. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Review 19：Hotel location was in the very middle of town which made all sites an easy stroll. There is delightful outside dining available as well as inside. Our room was large as was the bathroom. A great breakfast is included. Parking is available for hotel guest behind the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 53：I have stayed there before but after booking months ago was told two days prior our arrival that a pipe broke and the room was unavailable and we were booked into a 3 star opposite.

Review 56：Taking a shower was unpleasant because the height of the bathtub / shower from the bathroom floor is very high, making the descent after a shower a very treacherous experience. This was made worse by the high amount of water that leaks through the glass shield to the bathroom floor. We were also dissappointed with the lady who served breakfast, who was rude when I asked if I could get a cup of coffee only minutes before the official start time of their breakfast at 7:00 AM. I was on business and had to leave the hotel at 7:00, but the lady made it rudely clear that she would not consider the request.

Unfortunately, a true accessible room and bathroom was notavailable, although I expected one based on the information on theBooking.com website. The hotel elevator would fit a wheelchair but therewas a step down to get to the room, which made navigating a bitchallenging.
