Review 1：We took de luxe apartmants,and pay for that,this is not same like is at the picture of appartment de luxe,that is more like standars appartment,we were dissapointed

Review 2：Bed clothes is quite old, no hairdryer available. The place is relevant for those travelling by car: situated in Baden suburbs, we did not see any public transport.

Review 3：Location and design of appartments are quite nice. Rooms are spacious and tidy. No meals offered, but everything available in hotel in 30m (still quite expensive). Wifi is working good, parking in place.

Review 4：price to book one payment on arrival is very different. it is necessary to call to get a key. the towel for 3 days the same. regular apartment for big money.

Review 6：There literally was no staff. Only way to communicate was by phone, not e-mail. We arrived and there was no one to show the room. Finally saw someone cleaning a window who let us in. Spoke only Ukranian and a little German. We did not get a receipt. Owner never appeared. Other than that it was great.

Review 7：The location and the apartment

Review 8：This was our favorite hotel on our trip. The setting is beautiful. We had a penthouse suite, and our deck looked out at castle ruins on a hilltop. It was a clean, large, and quiet being up high in an apartment building. Probably not for an energetic family with young children, but we sure liked it!

Review 9：Uncleaned, very dirty apartment on arrival, no cleaning staff came for 10!!! days, they didn't even change the sheets and towels! We asked for a vacuum cleaner after one week, but didn't get one. Service is absolutely inadequate. On arrival they tried to give us a cheaper apartment, a standard one-bedroom and not a deluxe which we paid for. They tried to lie about our booking. Do not expect European standards and services! It took us two hours to check in. They asked for a 60 euro fee as final cleaning, but the place was so dirty that I had to clean it for two hours only to be able to put our things on clean shelves and have some clean plates and pots in the kitchen. The ugly smell of cigarette didn't vanish in the 10 days we were there. Otherwise it would be a nice place, but the staff just doesn't care about anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Review 10：Next to the woods, nice surrounding area. Washing machine in deluxe one-bedroom apartment. Thick walls, quietness.

Review 11：there was basicly no staff, there was no reception,after finaly someone showed up they spoke poor german, the room was not ready at 2pm, internet was wired and not working the first 3 days, room was not super clean and smelling weird, kitchen was very old, the bathroom light was not working after one day...
