Review 1：I still think the price is too high for what you get but your are in Erlangen, so it's kind of normal. And every time I get there, new personnel on training seems to be on the reception considering their handling of check-in/out.

Review 2：I love the breakfast of this hotel, not the biggest buffet but lots of healthy and yummy food. Double rooms are spacious, single rooms smaller but always very clean.

Review 3：The Internet line is terrible, for a business hotel unacceptable. I was not even able to load my gmail and had to use my phone to create a hotspot Apparently you have to pay for the use of the sauna.

Review 5：rooms are a bit small...at least after one week it begins to feel very small. Why iron facilities is on 7th floor is a mystery. Not much amenities provided in bathroom.

Review 20：Not far from Nueremberg, in a quiet village. Easy to reach and to stay. Big perfect rooms with all comforts, good breakfast. Good easy Wi-Fi.

Review 21：1. Of the two elevators available, only one goes to the parking basement. It takes a lot of time, especially during check-out time, to catch this basement elevator to load your luggage into the car. 2. The wireless Internet Service in this hotel is old-fashioned! Half of the ID & Password combinations you receive at the reception were already used up and void. It takes time and efforts to find a valid one - and then it's only valid for 24 hours - so the whole procedure starts again next day. Extremely time-killing and nerve-wrecking. 3. The Hotel Bar already closed at 22:00 - much too early !!! No chance to enjoy a late drink with your friends.

Review 70：Upon checking in, the staff at the hotel (gentleman) was rude. I asked for an extra towel in my room. I had just flown for 15 hours and I wanted to take a shower, sleep, and wake the next morning and shower again. He question me in a rude manner as to why I needed and extra towel. Could never get the room temperature to be constant. Always hot in the day and very cold at night. Blanket cover was too small and needed two just to cover the bed.

Given that you know how many people are staying there must be a 'break-even' point where individual orders would be much more efficient, cost-effective, and lest wasteful. The information the staff had about the number of guests was not correct, compared to the booking itself.

Review 91：The TV is not fitting to the style of the room. Breakfast is expensive if you do not reserve it with the room price in the beginning. There was not kettle in the room to make your own tea/coffee. The bed was supposed to be a double bed but it was 2 single beds attached to each other (I think it was the same for every double bed in the hotel).

Review 92：It was very clean spacious room. Nice friendly staffs. Very rich breakfast. perfect location to city sightseeing and access to the shops (one Norma shop just in corner, several restaurants and coffee shops around, etc.). Very clean big bathroom.

Review 93：I would recommend to provide all the guests with a free Wi-Fi connection without any limitation to 24 hours. We stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for the password for 3 times. Of course it's a minor thing, but the only one I can really think of.

The hotel is of very good standard and in nice location of the city - close to the main railway station and old city can be reached very easily as well. Sometimes in the network hotels you can meet indifferent staff, but this was definately not the case with NH Erlangen! All the staff was very nice and welcoming, but our special thanks to Kim at the reception!

Review 95：The standard of the room was good but the rates are expensive for whatone gets. The fitness equipment is very basic, breakfast is veryexpensive but the poorest aspect is that the bar restaurant isfrequently empty of staff and there is no way to summon them forassistance.

Breakfast costs 17 euro per person (hardly you able to find anyrestaurant for diner for this price in Erlangen), terrible free Internetin lobby and very costly in the rooms (I believe, terrible as well),outdated room impressions and two separate and merged beds as "king sizebed" Everything for 155euro/day. Just unbelievable.

Review 100：Extremely costly & desperately in need of a renovation. The red carpetin the room looked very ordinary. Perhaps seem to be preoccupied withcharging and profit on everything, more than other hotels I have stayedat. Would not be my first choice in Erlangen, but as Erlangen can oftenfill up, offers an alternative and is in a great location.
