Review 1：There is always a very warm friendly welcome. The room and its facilities is excellent, with lovely views over the bay. Proximity to the town and amenities is excellent. The underground private parking is a real asset.
Review 2：There was no bar or restaurant facilities opened in the hotel. Although this was disappointing there were lots of bars and restaurants opened nearby. Felt that price was a bit steep considering all facilities were not available.
Review 3：Location was great. Very central.welcome from Maria was lovely-we had requested a room with a sea view and were given a beautiful spacious room. The night porter was also very kind. I requested a glass of hot water at night and he was very obliging.The weather was cold but they had the room heated in the evening -very welcomed.

Review 7：The location is perfect to enjoy the beautiful town of Llanes and the incredible coast line and main beach. We had a walk out room and enjoyed every minute sitting outside. The afternoon staff was really nice and always very helpful. The restaurant right by the rooms is not a problem.
Review 8：The service was very friendly, the best we had experienced on our trip which featured 7 hotels. The location, right on the beach was unbeatable and the layout of the hotel meant that it was very quiet. The rooms are also huge.

Review 13：I asked for a room with an ocean view but they said its only for couples... Instead I got a room with a view on the reception area with all the noise of incoming clients and the smell of the kitchen right below it. Not really pleasurable!!

Review 18：Very good situation right on the beach. Llanes is a pleasant town with many tourist attractions. We found Siete Puertas restaurant to be very good value and the service was excellent. We breakfasted out.

Review 21：Rooms are very tired, in need of renovation and some serious TLC. Restaurant appeared expensive so ate elsewhere. Staff in restaurant not interested and bar drinks also more expensive than elsewhere in Llanes.
